We had an in home design visit scheduled. Raced back from Miami + traffic (1.5hrs of commute) only for Crate & Barrel to cancel the visit as they were short staffed.Ridiculous service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Cashier mixed up my name with my wife's SSN while applying for the store's credit card. Few weeks after, I got a credit card under my name with all my wife's info. Huge mess. Nice store items, but I will never open a credit card with them nor with synchrony again. Lousy customer service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of our items were canceled due to insufficient inventory but that's not this store's fault.

The service in the store was fantastic. The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went in to purchase a new set of Wusthof kitchen knives. The knives on display seemed to be what we were looking for, but once we got the set home there were some noticeable differences than the set that was in the display case. Some of this was quality related. We decided to reluctantly return the knife set. Once again the staff and the manager who approved the return (less than 3 hours after purchase) were all fantastic. I think this was just one of those inventory/merchandising issues that got overlooked. We will go back again as the staff was fantastic.

Hi Crate&Barrel Boca, I have been working with Eti and she is just the most helpful store associate I have ever worked with. Her attention to detail is so appreciated. She is incredibly dedicated to her role and making her customers extremely happy with the space they are creating! I cannot thank her enough!

CURBSIDE IS A JOKE.Worst experience and I will not return. I had a curbside order and one of the items was going to be delayed. I went to pick up the remainder of the order and waited 30 minutes with no acknowledgment by anyone at the store that I was there, despite having clicked on the button that I had arrived and putting in the instructions about where I was parked . I called the store and told the person I was here. I asked the person I spoke if the item had arrived or if it was still delayed . She said I would have to look in the box to see if it was there. Because I had waited 30 minutes for someone to come out, I had to get on a work call and had to put my client on hold to open the box while two people stood at my car. The item was not in my box and they could not tell me if it was in stock in the store. I was told I would have to park my car and come in. There was not even an offer to go in and check and call me or send me an email or do anything to be helpful. The man was nice enough and the woman was just unhelpful and rude. As a person in the service industry who bends over backwards for her clients, I just don't understand why you don't acknowledge the fact that someone had been waiting for 30 minutes, apologize, and help them out a little. I'm not even talking "go the extra mile" . Go the extra 100 ft!!!!!

I had originally posted a negative review about an issue I had with a Crate & Barrel store. However, I received a "Response from Owner" below that made me feel that someone understood my issue and wanted to correct the problem. After reading that response I contacted the store in question and shared some background on my issue and shared the response that I had received on my review. THe person I spoke with couldn't have been more understanding and asked me to come in for a return and full refund. This is exactly the type of customer service I had received when the team helped us select so many other items for our new home. So what had been a negative review is now back to a rating that is consistent with other Crate & Barrel reviews. Thanks to Tyler for responding to my initiatl review. Much appreciated!!!

Very nice store, 2 levels, staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that for such large space, they should offer more of a selection. In retail, every square inch represents a $ amount.

It's time to update my kitchen so I stopped in to browse and get ideas. This store is well organized and has great displays. Everything is simple to find and the employees are all very friendly and helpful.

I ordered furniture that was supposedly in stock according to the website. It took nearly two weeks to be contacted for delivery and they would not deliver until another week and a half later. I had to cancel the entire order since I would not be in town by that time. Had I known it would take so long, I would have ordered from elsewhere. I won’t be back.
