My wife and I were shopping at this lovely store. An elderly saleswoman came up to us and several times very insistently offered her services as a consultant, but we refused because she smelled very strongly of alcohol, looked sloppy and behaved inappropriately. She was unable to punch the checks and serve us on her own and called the manager, who pretended that she didn't smell anything and didn't see anything strange. Very strange behavior and attitude of sellers in this beautiful store.

Had a lovely experience at the Boca Town Center Crate & Barrel! My fiance and I were walking around the store creating our wedding registry, and Cindy was amazing to work with. She was very helpful and professional, and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us room to be alone and do our own journey throughout the store, but checked in on us several times. There were other cheerful employees that would ask us if we needed anything as well. Overall, I’m very grateful we chose Crate & Barrel for our registry.

I recently acquired furniture from Crate and Barrel (Lounge Sectional - amazing!). Sales representative Natalie was incredibly attentive, kind and knowledgeable.
After a minor setback with the system during my purchase, she made sure the order was placed perfectly. Chris was also very helpful.
The delivery arrived on-time with zero issues.
I will definitely be purchasing from this store again and highly recommend it! Thank you Natalie and Chris.

I made an appointment a few weeks ago for an in home designer to come out this morning. We needed two complete rooms of furniture and were hoping for measurements and suggestions of Crate and Barrel furniture, art and rugs that we’ve been eyeing for quite some time. Our appointment was for 11am and we quickly realized that no one was showing up despite our multiple confirmation emails. We call the store and explained the situation and there was no apology or let’s make this right. They said “oh you’re too far away from the Boca store for an in home consultation with us so call another store closer to you”. We asked why we would have gotten multiple confirmation emails if this appointment wasn’t going to happen and she said that it’s an automatic system and this situation happens quite a bit to their customers. We then further inquired why they would have the system set up like this and she just said it’s a problem with the company. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she’s not here currently and then said well I’m the manager. She said she’d try to get someone out to us later in the day and then we were hung up on without a return call. She clearly did not want to speak with us.
We are super disappointed with the extremely lackluster customer service and automated system that is not clear. We arranged our Sunday around this appointment.
We will not be purchasing from Crate and Barrel in the future period.

After an extensive six-month wait for our sectional from Crate & Barrel, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Despite the premium price tag, the cushions began to flatten and feathers started escaping the inserts within a year. Our attempts to resolve the issue through customer service were met with significant pushback. Though we were eventually promised replacements, after months of back-and-forth communication, we only received standard insert replacements, not the new covers we were led to believe were also part of the resolution. The original covers have aged poorly, falling short of the quality we expected. As an interior designer, my wife confidently recommended Crate & Barrel to her clients, but this experience has left us both questioning the value and customer service of a brand we once trusted.

I contacted Natalie at Crate & Barrel Boca Raton and spent ALOT of time telling her what we were looking for and the time frame we needed the sectional sofa. I cannot tell you how long it has been to work with someone who is so to get a sales associate who has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND, in trying to find a sofa for us with the specifications we needed and the time frame we had to have it delivered. This delivery is supposed to take place onFebruary 14th in Sedona, Arizona and if this all happens, I will get back to finish this review. In the meantime, this associate deserves all the accolades for going above and beyond. It is unheard of in this day and age to find someone who truly cares and conducted herself in such a professional manner.

We bought a sofa sectional from crate and barrel and had a lovely experience with a very helpful sales member that went above and beyond to help us. The sofa was on the high side of our budget but we loved the look of it and hoped the quality and service would make up for the higher price. We were advised to open a crate and barrel credit card to get in-store credits and it was a holiday weekend so they were running bonus store credits if we bought it that weekend. We completed the purchase and waited about 3 months for the sofa to get delivered (they advised us that it would take that long, so no surprise there). When it finally got delivered, the delivery team left the sofa standing upright on a dolly and the sofa toppled over hitting the ground and tearing the underneath dust cover. The delivery team said they’d make a note to have someone come out and repair the dust cover but if no one calls, I should call the store. I tried the store and left 3-4 voicemails and no one ever called me back ! We also finally went back to the store to use our store credits from the sofa to get something and we were told that the credits expire in 90 days and we could no longer use the approximate $450 store credit. I was so upset I called the credit card company to appeal and they refused to reinstate the in store credits. For a brand that is on the expensive side and prides itself on service and repeat business, I’m shocked at the low level of after-sale service. I will not be buying anything from crate and barrel again in the future.

Hi, I was shopping in your crate and barrel store in Boca town center on 12/23 2023. I was greeted by a person named Paula and she was showing me rugs and paintings for my home. She was very polite and very knowledgeable. All of a sudden two children come running by jumps on a bed and almost falls off, Paula turns around and asked the child to please not jump on the beds. I looked around for the mother who was 20 yards away looking at sheets, not watching or being a parent to the children leaving them on supervised. I continued shopping and was checking out when the mother of these two children comes over And rudely interrupts my transaction to tell Paula her dissatisfaction of her, for correcting her children. Paula said to the woman that I wanted to make sure your child was safe as he almost fell off the bed, which in my eyes was the truth as I was watching. Instead of apologizing to your sales person For making sure her children were safe The mother started threatening Paula with a bad review on yelp and Your website. It’s sad when a bad parent takes out their anger on others for them not doing their job as a parent. I just wanted to go on record as I witnessed the whole incident. This woman was rude, obnoxious and obviously a bad parent. Thank goodness for someone like your sales associate that made these children safe in the store as I’m sure if something happened to one of her children she would be suing your company. thank you for taking the time to read this.
