Horrible experience I came to replace the tire sensors in the vehicle, staff was unable to compete the replacement. To make it worse the sensors that were working no longer worked. Waiting over 4 hours to have horrible service is unacceptable. I expected better service at Costco. UPDATE: after waiting 4 hours staff asked me to go to another Costco as they couldn’t install them.

Horrible experience. They damaged the inside of my vehicle while under their care. The service agent admitted it when I showed him what happened and I went inside to file a claim to get it fixed.
When confronted by management later about the issue, he denied it and lied. Costco customer service said they couldn’t see the damage on the camera footage so it didn’t happen. The damage was inside the car so no way to see it.
You hear all the stories about the great Costco customer service but at least at this location that doesn’t exist. Avoid at all cost.

This location damaged my steering wheel. Steering wheel had a cut mark in it. Costco customer service investigated and determined because they wore gloves theres no way they could have damaged the car.
Would not use this tire center as they don't take care of customer vehicles.
Offered me a $75 gift card for the inconvenience.

I was so impressed with the office staff on 4/12. Between ordering the tires a week before, and coming in for installation, I encountered 4 different staff members behind the counter. They were efficient, courteous, polite, helpful, patient with customers, and willing to go out of their way to assist each one of us. I was impressed!!!

I always buy my tires from Costco with all the construction that's going on in Delray I've already had two Flats in the last couple months which Costco fixes for free

If you need to get your tires rotated, it's never less than 2 hrs! Regardless of what they tell you. They also get peoples car ready whenever they feel like it. NOT BY THE APPOINTMENT TIME! This is for the Congress Ave location in Boca. I wish they would be accurate with the time they give you.

I tried to make a purchase on line today for electronics laptop. I completed the online purchase received a confirmation number pre-authorization for the funds took place successfully 45 minutes later I revived a cancellation order email . I called Costco to find out why . Here is the explanation if you are a 1st time order on line and have never placed and order before you are subject to your order becoming fraud suspect and if your order for electronics or a high dollar amount

Good service and same day appointments available but took 2 hours to do a plug/patch for my tire. The process takes less than 30 minutes elsewhere. Is the delay just so that I can go shop and splurge? It worked… $17 for the nail plug and $300 for the Costco visit. Really do wish this was faster.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Costco Tire Center. It took an unacceptable four days to have a single tire replaced, which significantly disrupted my schedule and plans.
The lack of organization and communication from the staff was astounding. I was required to visit the center three times due to their disorganized service process. Each visit was a result of either misinformation or no information being provided regarding the status of my tire replacement.
The most frustrating aspect was the complete absence of proactive communication from the tire center. At no point did they inform me when the ordered tire had arrived, nor did they notify me when my car was finally ready. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable in any business, especially one where customers are dependent on timely service for something as essential as their vehicle.
This experience has not only caused me inconvenience but also a loss of trust in this center. Their inability to manage a simple tire replacement efficiently and their failure to communicate effectively has led me to decide that I will not be using their services in the future and I cannot recommend them to others.
I hope this feedback is a wake-up call for Costco Tire Center to significantly improve their service and communication protocols. Customers deserve better.

Great deal on tires and staff are super friendly, but what's the point of making an appointment when they don't take your car in at appointment time? I waited 2.5 hours for something that should take 30 mins to complete at any auto shop . I would like to give them a higher rating, but based on my last experience, I can not.

I go to Costco weekly. Pompano location has the freshest selection in my opinion. I do go to the Boca Location when in that area from time to time.

I came here to fill up gas and the price is reasonable. It was rather busy but not too crazy on Monday at noon. Just be prepared to wait in line for 5-10 mins before you reach the pump. I wasn't here to shop so I can't comment on their products selections. But I would come back to fill up gas if I'm in the area again.
