The 50$ service fee on electric bikes is still absurd, but they have amazing service and they're really looking out for you. I've gone to them probably 5 or 6 times now, and now I need to do my front wheel alone bc it's priced me out of getting assistance if anything in the front goes wrong.

Came in for a tube job was done fast but I was not told there would be an additional $21 charge for changing out a simple bike tube or I would have paid 10 for the tube and done myself need to be up front with customers about charges!

On 6/25/24 me and my boyfriend googled some local bike shops because we needed some cruisers for the summer here in Delray. We came across Contes and gave them a call and they were very helpful already over the phone so we drove over to check it out.
We stopped by and before we were a foot into the store we were immediately welcomed by Ryan who I believe is the store manager here. We told him what we were looking for and he asked us many questions that would be informative to help pair us with the perfect bike, which I loved. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product that they sell and after trying out the bike alone we were sold. He even delivered them to our house HIMSELF for a VERY small fee. We tested out our new bikes in the neighborhood this morning and they were amazing.
All in all it was an amazing experience for us, he suggested many great things even where to get a hitch for our jeep to get a bike rack for cheap. It felt like a genuine sale and not someone trying to get us to buy something we don’t need. We 100% recommend Contes for your bike needs. And ask for Ryan!

They are mega awesomely above great ! They shop is clean and navigateable and there is most everything to do with bicycles in there.The workers are dedicated and friendly.It is very much my favorite bicycle shop.Keep up the good work guys !?
