This is the BEST compound pharmacy ever! Tom the pharmacist is not just knowledgeable and helpful but he's also caring. He truly cares what his customers are going through. They are very professional, helpful, understanding, and but they go above and beyond! I recommend them hands down. I have celiac disease and other allergies and Tom was able to figure out exactly how to make all my medication's. Tom even suggested I come in and try a specific capsule to make sure I wasn't allergic to it so I don't spend the money unnecessary. Thank you for all your help!

I did not have a good experience with CDRX compound pharmacy. My prescription was sent to them on Dec 13, 2022. I called them to see if my prescription was ready since it had been a week. Michelle told me they did not get the prescription, so I called my doctor's office to send it to them again on Dec 20, 2022. I called back around 4 pm to see if they got it then Michelle checked and said yes and she said they will contact me when it is ready. On Dec 23, 2022, I called to see if my prescription is ready, Michelle said no but asked for my credit card since it was not on file. I gave it to her, she said that they will contact me when it is ready. On Dec 27, 2022, I contact them again at 9:30 A.M. to see if my prescription was ready, Michelle said that it would not be ready until later today. At 3:49 P.M., they texted me my prescription was finally ready. To my surprise, they charged my credit card $310 without advising me first. I feel like this was such a long time to get my prescription and this place is so way overpriced and not very communicative at all. The same prescription at another compound pharmacy I used is $110 and CDRX charged me $196. Very disappointed, will not be coming back here and I do not recommend it. Buyer beware, they charge your credit card without advising you of the price first.

UPDATE to review below : Tom from the pharmacy reached out to us. He was SO KIND AND CARING AND PROFESSIONAL. He was truly upset and concerned over our experience and wanted to make it right. Because of Tom, we will definitely use this pharmacy again and recommend them but we will make sure we only deal with him. THANK YOU Tom for going above and beyond. You are truly a wonderful man.This review is based strictly on the poor customer service we received and not the actual product we purchased. My husband is a chemo pt and had terrible mouth sores and was in agonizing pain. He was getting magic mouthwash made. The day prior we spoke to the pharmacy and was told we needed to provide a credit card BEFORE they would compound the medication. They don’t deal with insurance. Ok that’s understandable. We gave the credit card info. The next day at 10:14am I got an alert from my credit card that the $70 charge went through from the pharmacy. We knew they were compounding the meds and were so happy. We waited and waited and waited for a call to come get the meds, but approx 1:30 still no call so we finally decided to head down there (about 25 minutes away). The girl at the counter had ZERO compassion or empathy and should NOT be working with the public. She said the pharmacy never texted us and the meds were NOT ready. We asked how long it be and we would gladly just wait in the car. That’s ALL we wanted to know. She said she had no idea but NOT to wait because it would be a long time. So we headed back home and AS SOON as we got home they texted us that the meds were ready. We had to go all the way back and when my husband tried to explain to that girl that she might want to practice some understanding and empathy, she argued back. Honestly that experience stressed my husband out even more and we alerted our oncologist not to refer us there again. That girl is not a compassionate or caring individual. At all.

I think the Cream is helping some but I still have pain in my knee sometimes especially when I sit for awhile. I just ordered another tube and I will try using it a little bit longer and then I will make a decision as whether I will use it again.

Great place and they deliver your medication. Always on time and always great customer service from the girls. If you request three months at once, you'll save a lot of money!

Such an amazing pharmacy and staff. They were on top of everything for me and transferred my prescription from one pharmacy to theirs and got done what I needed in a timely manner!! Such great people who care about their clients. Thank you so much Brooke and team!

My husband asked if they had ivermectin and clarithromycin in stock, they said they did. He paid upfront and they took 2 days to fill up the prescription.
