I C went into the Cole Hann store in Boca Towson Center on Thursday at 11:00, to purchase some shoes. There was no one in the front of the store. After calling around I went to the back room and called out. Yes, someone was back there and said they would be out soon. When she finally appeared she was rude and sloppy looking. The only thing she said to me was “do you want a size for the shoe you are holding?” I told her yes and she went back. And delivered the wrong shoe . She Went back again and almost threw the shoes at me and went back to whatever she was doing. Those shoes didn’t fit, but I was so disgusted with the sales person I left the store. She didn’t even acknowledge that I left. Terrible.

I really love going the sawgrass Cole Haan store the staff is always so helpful and Patricia is the best go see her for all your stylish shoe needs.

I purchased a pair of sneakers today in Boca Raton store. I was helped by Janissse ( I assume she is the manager). She was very helpful, professional and friendly.

Garbage company. Garbage product. I purchased a pair of loafers with a small manufacturing defect. There was a small bump/roll at the back of the shoe. I thought it would break in after a few wearings. The bump at the back of the shoe only got worse. I contacted Cole Haan customer service for a replacement and they told me to find a cobbler. Seriously? Never, ever again will I deal with this company. Way to treat good customers.I added my shoe review to their website. It was 'moderated' off the website. Guess they only publish positive reviews.

Workers helped almost immediately but they were kind of curt. They made me feel put of breath at times but very attentive for sure. Cole Haan shoes on the other hand make my feet hurt.

Great brand of shoes. I had told my friend that I cannot wear heels and she recommended me to try Cole Haan. So I drove 40 minutes to this Boca Raton location. The store itself is clean and well organized. They have almost all the collection from their Wes site. But the service could have been much better for a store like this. There were two people from staff in the store when I went in, the lady, who is the manager probably, seemed like she didn’t even want to help out. There was another guy, who was super helpful though but not as Knowledgeable about the shoes.The reason I went in store is to get proper help and for good customer service. I might as well order multiple sizes online and try them.

The finishing of the shoes is good. I just didn't understand why the shoes weren't on sale like at Macy's!?
