Brought my beautiful silver Persian in today for grooming. Big mistake!
After specifically asking to make sure they trim his nail. It was never done? Basic grooming service completely over looked. I said do not cut his fur!
If necessary to shave him please call.
No call stomach completely shaved, still wet & the worst is they cut off all his toughs of fur on his paws???
I would NOT reccomend them for grooming long haired cats or any grooming based on their lack of honoring owners request.

5 stars for customer service and boarding
1 star for grooming
This was our second time coming here for grooming (we moved a few months ago) and I asked for the “teddy bear” look which I confirmed was the short ears, short tail, puffy nose and not too short on the body with Elise the groomer. My Maltese is almost 11 and we get her groomed regularly and I’ve never got her back looking like this. Her ears were chopped, eyes were still dirty, butt was shaved uneven and there was nothing “teddy bear” about her. We just washed her a few days ago b4 Yom Kippur so Elise saying she was “too knotty” is not true. Even if she was knotted at least be nice. This was clearly a rushed and sloppy job. She charges more than the other groomer. There’s just no reason for a nasty attitude. A phone call would’ve been appropriated at least. Not coming here for grooming
anymore.

OMG seriously the BEST vet experience I have EVER had! What a little safe haven for your dogs. They have everything on this property, the staff and Doctor Butzer were just the sweetest with our pups and also did not charge us insane pricing for the time and things needed which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait for my dog to experience their little doggie oasis! Thank you Clint Moore animal hospital!!

I have been a patron here for years. There is, in my opinion, no vet that cares more or will do more for you than Clint Moore. They have the kindest staff, a beautiful property, and truly care about their patients.
I cannot recommend Clint Moore enough.

I’m not a regular client at Clint Moore, but when I walked in early on a Saturday morning with my injured dog they didn’t hesitate to take us in right away. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and attentive, and service was fast and excellent.

If you are thinking about taking your dog here for daycare, please don’t.
I took my dog here for daycare as she had been here for vet services before and we had a great experience. The first day of daycare went great, from what I heard from the staff she was very shy but overall had fun. When I took her home, she seemed a little exhausted which is to be expected but other than that absolutely no issues.
I took her in for a second day of daycare expecting the same outcome. She was at daycare from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, when I picked my dog up from daycare she seemed extremely off and didn’t even acknowledge me. After further communication with Clint Moore as I was extremely concerned , I was told that my dog had suffered from heat exhaustion and had ice packs and IVs in her from 1 PM to 5:30 PM. NO ONE contacted me to tell me this happened and I was NOT told this happened when I picked her up. It very much felt like this was trying to be swept under the rug and I would’ve never found out had I not reached out. I brought my dog back in to be evaluated and was essentially told that “this is very common” and “it happens all the time.” My dog is extremely active and goes to the dog park everyday for over an hour, the timeline I was told was that this happened in a matter of 8 minutes. I cannot imagine this would’ve happened that quickly, especially because the pictures I was sent showed her in the pool minutes prior to this happening. Everything is extremely sketchy and I still don’t know what truly happened. The kennel manager did not acknowledge my pain in this situation and told me that she got too busy to call me due to an emergency (clearly this wasn’t an emergency to her). I was also blamed as I was moving at the time and was told it’s anxiety from the move when we have moved apartments 4 times in the past two years and she had been fine.My dog could barely walk for several days after and would barely eat. She had to be hand fed and could only be standing for less than 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. She also came home with 5+ brand new massive hot spots.
If you love your pet, please do not take them here for daycare. All the vet services after this situation were waived (still paid for daycare the day she spent with IVs, never offered a refund even though she spent half the day in a vet room) but nothing will ever take away from the guilt I feel knowing I brought my dog there and not knowing what horrible things were going on. Heat exhaustion should not be a common thing and the staff are clearly not trained on handling the heat in South Florida. I appreciate the care the staff gave my dog in this situation, but no one called me to tell me what was happening or told me in the aftermath. This daycare should be evaluated because something is extremely wrong and I hope they better their practices in the future.

Great place to take your fur baby. If they are sick and for a physical. If you just need to update your shots probably a local pet shop is more affordable.
I took my dog here to get her nails trimmed and it was $40.00!!! I Should have called first and asked the price.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !
Health concerns
I recently boarded my dogs at Clintmore Animal Hospital. Both dogs contracted Kennel cough during their stay and one of them developed an eye infection. You would think someone would have noticed. Bring it to the attention of veterinary being this is a hospital. They did nothing! This is extremely concerning as it indicates poor hygiene and inadequate health precautions. Their answer was "we cant do anything about that its in the air"
Neglect of instructions
Despite delivering specific food for my dogs, it was never given to them. This neglect is unacceptable and shows lack of attention to detail and care for the animals.
Unjustified charges
I was charged extra for a "deluxe bath" that my dogs never received. Its not only dishonest but also add to the overall dissatisfaction with their services. They did refund this portion of payment. Sorry thats not good enough!
Overall, my experience at Clintmore Animal Hospital was very disappointing. The health issues, the neglect of my instructions, and unjustified charges all contribute to my dissatisfaction. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. I would have gladly addressed my issues and concerns with the manager, however I am still waiting for a call back. I cannot recommend this facilities to anyone who cares for their pets. I gave them one star which they don’t deserve only to be able to post this review.

To be honest I’m shocked I haven’t posted a review before - I have been coming to this location since I got my first dog over 10 years ago. I have never had a bad encounter, and I trust the vets explicitly. I have seen all the vets who currently work here, and they are all amazing, but Dr Brady is my favorite. Dr Butzer and Dr D are also at the very tippy top of my favorite vets, only a smidge below my love for Dr Brady. Each one of these vets has played a role in the health of my dogs. I am incredibly thankful to each one of them.
The techs are all amazing as well. They are kind and caring with my dogs - I have never had a bad experience with any of the techs. Gavin, GiGi, and Alyssa all hold special places in my heart as they have been there for my dogs in many situations. But there are many other techs who have been kind and helpful, these are just the three I have encountered the most in most recent years.
The front office staff is always kind and professional. I have witness clients being incredibly rude, and the staff always handles even the most difficult clients with grace. They are very understanding and helpful. I have had wonderful experiences with Desiree, Faye, and Annie. I know I am missing names for wonderful people I have encountered.
This office is not the cheapest vet in town, but I truly feel it is worth the price. If you want to nickel and dime your vet care, this is not the clinic for you. But I can say with complete confidence that I trust each of these vets with my dogs - you pay for their experience and the high quality of vet care that you get from beginning to end. I won’t ever go anywhere else.
Extra love from my pups, Sadie, Oliver, and Sheila ?❤️

They take excellent care of my diabetic dog while she is in boarding
. They should offer discount to veterans and/or seniors on fixed incomes. Please consider that.
