1 representative at the desk helping with transactions. This creates an issue when the person they are helping has multiple transactions. I left because I could not wait. Now the next day I have to spend even more time doing what I tried to do yesterday but could not accomplish due to poor staffing at this location.I cannot understand why representatives that are in their office, cannot help when there is a line of customers waiting. This would actually help the customers so they can leave having accomplished what they took the time to go to the branch for.I asked a banker if he could help me. The response was there is one person available. Unbelievable. I understand there are wait times. However, this is unreasonable.This is a common issue at more than one brach now. Woodfield and Spanish River branch are exceptional and this generally doesn’t happen at these locations. Amazing customer service at these locations.

Worst experience. There were free bankers and nobody would take care of you. Only 1 person in the front for “help”Dont come here!!!!!

The location for me is convenient, and Citi has easy online banking. However, as a whole, Citi seems to make it very difficult to bank with them-especially business accounts. I opened several LLC accounts a few years ago and every single year I get threatening letters from them stating they don’t have my TIN (you literally cannot open your account with this number) and an extremely invasive questionnaire (where did you originally get your money from? Who are the signers on the account? When did you open your account? Where did you get the original money? Etc.). It’s just waste so much time and energy trying to answer these ridiculous “know your customer“ questionnaires that I’m rethinking my banking here.The people are very nice at this branch.

Visit Camino Real branch, Tuesday June 14,2022 and experience a very nice atmosphere at this location! The Branch Manager Andrea is very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Associate Sigrid is also very friendly and made me and my wife very comfortable during the time we visited this branch!Definitely will be going back for any transactions!Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

Horrible customer service. You cannot cash a valid check unless it's a citibank check without having the amount in your account already. I am a citibank account holder.Isn't that why people need to cash a check? It's because they need the money from another account. These people only cater to the rich and screw every other hard working citizen. Absolute trash I will NEVER step foot in there again!
