Wish I could leave 0 stars. One of the employees, (unsure of her name unfortunately), BUT I will say she was old, short hair, a little on the heavier side, and had glasses. She was extremely rude to my mother, and dismissed us and only told us to ask our questions to the tellers. I don't understand what her job was if she insisted we just speak to the tellers. ALSO, she spoke about us to another teller as if we weren't there. AVOID AVOID AVOID this location at all costs.

Robert Alleto always helps me out when I go to the bank. He opened all of my checking accounts for me when I switched from a different bank. Customer service has been higher than I have received or expected from any bank. Would highly recommend going to this specific branch!!!

Eileen was extremely courteous and friendly. I recently lost my sister and I needed this kind of professional to service me at Chase. She and Peter were friendly and make you want to return to this branch. Thanks, Eileen!

Biggest regret was opening an account here. They put in my husband’s incorrect information and now our account is frozen and we are left with zero money for the next 2 weeks. Our paychecks will also be bounced because they froze our account. And we are supposed to be going out of town in 2 days. They offered zero options and left us completely stranded. Selfish company. Also not to mention incredibly unprofessional staff.

I opened my business account today.Peter was very kind and helpful he helped me to choose the right account for my business . My experience was 10/10He even enrolled my account to get a bonus .Everyone has a good attitude at that branch.

Very professional staff. I had an issue with my account,I went to another branch first they couldn’t help me.At this location everyone was willing to fix the problem right away .Peter and Fabio fixed the issue with my account .From now on it will be the only branch I will go .Thank you !!Highly recommend!

I had scheduled an appointment. No one looked like they wanted to help with opening an account. I was left waiting to be seen. The banker behind the service counter was kind enough to walk over to me and ask if I needed assistance. Once I was seated banking options were not discussed. I felt lost. Ended up getting assistance from the 800 service from chase. The staff except for one person were unwelcoming.

Atittude at its finest!!!As a private chase client I would not expect this type of treatment or service.Went to the branch to open an account 40 minutes prior to closing and they would not open an account for my daughter claiming they were too busy with other clients.I offered to wait as long as possible.Prior to my trip I tried to make an appointment and even left a message for one the reps waited for 2 weeks and no reply.I don't know who the manager of this branch is, but he or she better get some training going in this branch, before they lose more customers.

Just terrible customer service. No knowledge of how to deposit rollover funds into investment accounts offered by partner company JP Morgan. Walked in to deposit rollover check from ex employer granted at 4:30PM on a Monday afternoon. Was told I needed to fill out form and form could not be printed for me to do so on site because everyone was 'too busy.' (a form takes 5 minutes if that to pull up and print.) After calling JP Morgan 800 number was informed there in fact is no form that needs to be completed and the traditional bankers just don't know how these processes actually work (only the licensed bankers do) who I guess must be chained to their desk because they couldn't assist personally, but instead were relaying messages to banker who was unknowledgeable. As someone who works in banking / wealth management I can see why people leave Chase to come to the institution I work for. Bank of America and Well Fargo are awful but Chase is catching up quickly. Very unfortunate, but life goes on :)

Chase froze all my accounts with no notice. I called the following morning and sat on hold for almost an hour. Then after being hung up I went into the branch, then was told they don't know why my accounts are froze. I asked to withdraw money because I have no cash and am out of gas... they said they couldn't allow me to do so. I am still waiting on an answer why my accounts are frozen

I think they’re a closed location or don’t answer their phones. I called 10 times with no answer, was not put on hold or given the option to leave a voicemail.
