Great experience. I am long time client and happened to need some change for valets and all. I just happened to just have my drivers license. Rosemary was the back cashier who assisted me. She's fast, efficient and very friendly. Not the cold face you see from other cashiers ( not on this bank) who seem do not want to be there . ?

I go to the drive-through and the people there are very very nice smiling all the time having a good time they treated me very well with a smile. Excellent I think this branch is great.

Every time I've gone into this particular chase bank on glades and lyons road, for anything outside of DEPOSITING money- has been a nightmare. Today, I needed a document notarized from my mortgage company. I was directed to one of the tellers on the far right hand side. Her body language as I approached the counter wasn't very pleasant to begin with. I have a few theories of my own as to why her body language was so negative but- I digress.I have a discrepancy with my last name. I currently have 2. One maiden and the one I married into.The document from my mortgage company to be notarized was one that confirmes I am in fact, one with both of those last names.I also have a chase account. I provided 2 forms of ID (1 each with a photo and the separate last names) Birth certificate and my chase debit card.Was not enough for her. She folded her arms and refused to notarize. Asked me for my full personal story as to why I have a discrepancy with my last names and had the audacity to request my marriage certificate.Thankfully, I was able to get ahold of another notary- explained what I'm looking for and what I had just experienced. I provided everything I had provided to that wonderful teller at chase bank on glades rd. The notary gladly got it done for me and said "hunny, some people will just be mean to you bc they hate themselves..."

This branch approved someone committing identity theft in my name and I can’t even get ahold of the branch to retrieve the details. I’ll be closing my accounts with chase & never recommending them to anyone. This would have never happened with Navy Federal.

I used to love this place.1 of the bankers, Lillian Ladue was here. She was awesome. Best manager ever. I trusted her completely. There are new folks here. Seem nice, but I don't know them as well as I knew Lillian.

Today 2/01/21 I went to the Chase Bank (on Glades and Lyons in Boca Raton.) No customers other than one in the teller line was there. There was a man behind the teller station (on his phone), another teller (who was working with a customer) and 3 women sitting behind their desk. The first office employee #1 was on her phone never looked up clearly knew I was there. Employee #2 was in the second office and speaking to employee #3 who then walked into her office both knew I was there. None of these acknowledged me and then proceeded to be working and on their computers. I stood there for 20 minutes and nothing! I walked out, called Corporate and filed a complaint against them. This is poor business and very poor customer service. I had some very important banking to take care of and missed my cut off to do it! I will never go there again.. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! The Chase Bank on 441 and Glades is amazing! They have people waiting to greet you when you walk in! GO THERE!

Chantal Brassard could not have been more rude or discourteous. I have been a Chase customer for quite some time, and have given the company a significant amount of business. My mom needed to notarize a document with me, and Chantal refused to provide notary service to us because only I was a customer of the bank. Notary service is commonly provided by banks free of charge, regardless of your status as a customer--yet I am a Chase customer. This experience has led me to switch a majority of my banking elsewhere, and am considering of ending my relationship with Chase altogether.

Terrible customer service (because there isn't any). They are more interested in how many fees they can charge against your account than in customer service and satisfaction.

Worst customer service !!! Rebekah Zhou is very rude! Rebekah Zhou was rushing me out because she wanted go home at 5 pm. Disgusting attitude, will take my money somewhere else. DONT BANK with them
