Had a fraudulent activity on my account, reported it. They issued they money back and then took it out 2 months later! Gave documentation of my time clock that is was at work! Went to the establishment and there is no video and no proof of me sliding or inserting my card! THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!! STILL SAYING THAT I DID IT WITH NO PROOF! BEWARE OF CHASE BANK! Closing this account!

So only one Banker in all of Chase at this location can open up a bank account. It was explained to me that Deerfield Chase is a much bigger branch. Maybe you need to cross train work is how to open up an account when there's four workers and only one of them is helping a customer

We cannot say enough about Mr.Javier Mercado Jr. His compassion, patience, but most importantly care for us as we navigated the ins and outs of our crisis. His professionalism and investigational skills were undoubtedly flawless.It is not often we find someone who’s work ethic and concern for his clients exceeds expectations.We are grateful for people like him who still fight for “the little guys”. It is our hope this reaches his supervisors, and there would be adequate compensation for the hard work and intelectual capacity this man posses. Our hats off to you Mr. Mercado! A teller at this branch did a withdrawal for a couple and wasn't paying attention to what he/her was doing and put in a wrong digit of the account number. My account (I live in TEXAS by the way) was hit for $4031.14 because of the tellers negligence. It took me 5 days to straighten this out, get my money back and unfreeze my account. Had I not of had an savings account, I would not of been able to pay my rent that was due two days after this happened I have been beyondstressed out, sick at my stomach, unable to eat or sleep dueto this wholeordeal.. After this, I am closing every account that I had with Chase.

I made an appointment for opening an account with the private client banker. After he realized that I only want to open a regular account. He rushed me out suggesting that I can open my account online. He said he will has the next customer 20 minutes later, but it will take him one hour to open my account. He said he would not has enough time to open my account. He suggested me to open my account online by myself or come back next Monday. This is not a good experience of customer service.

They don’t know what they are doing !They look like college girls with no experience even in their customer service is like they don’t know how to deal with clients or their questions . They say one window is open and 4 of them are just walking around the store doing nothing .For Chase is a shame to have staff like that no following procedures even in COVID situation The Notary is really lazy and looks like she dosent like to work

Christopher Vergara is the man! I recently opened up a personal and small business account at this branch for my recent development of Loucks Fitness & Health LLC personal training and my experience was great! Not only did Chris walk me through each step, he explained the different offers Chase Bank had at the moment and made the whole process easy for me. I'm glad I made the switch to Chase and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant meeting at this branch. Also, thank you to Christina for helping me through the phone and the warm greeting!
