I have been in this location for the past 2 months now. I must say the most friendliest people I have ever seen in service business. I am greeted and acknowledged as soon as I walk in. I never had to wait no more than a few min. Staffs are super friendly. Angela and Randi are amazing so as the tellers that use your first name. This shows their attitude and care they have for their customers. Keep up the good work !

Just was here for 30 minutes to cash a check from my job.. the black supervisor called a lady named Rosie only to be ignored then looks at me and say my boss writes a lot of checks like really dummy he has 4 businesses.. only to then after wasting time ask me how I want my money I told her what happened to Rosie she looks at me and say I am a supervisor as well .... So chase please tell me what the hell I waited for!!! Very bad business go down the street the girl is nice and she will have you in and out unlike this one

The customer service here was awful! They lady Audra Treleaven was very rude during my process of opening my 1st account here at Chase. Will never work with these people again.

Laura is the rudest person at chase answering the phone she kept transferring my call without asking what I needed help with and every time I called back and asked her to repeat her name she was just hang up.

I called 3 Chase banks in my area and the only one that picked up the phone was this location. Brandy was extremely polite and helpful. She had everything I needed waiting for me when I arrived at the location. Amazing service that’s sadly not the norm these days. Brandy really stood out as an employee with her kindness and eagerness to help me as a customer. Thanks again!

I would give this bank zero stars if i could but it is not an option... went there today, December 29, 2020 and was approached by an employee not wearing a mask recommended by the CDC!!! She wanted me to come to a cubicle and do my banking.. I asked her if she had a mask, she said no, my nose is broken so I'm wearing this Shield.. Needles to say, i chose to leave this bank due to her not following CDC regulations.. IT IS NOT SAFE TO GO TO THIS BANK!!!

I stopped by Chase bank to open a savings and checking account. I am already an existing customer with business banking and personal credit cards. I was being helped by relationship banker Mari and honestly was not impressed with the service at all. Although she did not say anything directly she kept looking at me in a very judgmental manner and kept looking at my ID and me like she did not really believe that it was indeed me. She kept interrupting me when I was speaking with my husband regarding the accounts I was opening, and during the set up process asked me a lot of questions that an existing customer should not be asked and that have nothing to do with me opening an account in my opinion. A lot of these questions were way too personal for a bank to ask, I was asked things like how much I make, how much I keep in other banks, what is the current value of my home. I have personally worked in the banking industry for 10 years and was a bank branch manager at one point so I know there are certain questions that banks have to ask in order to comply with bank secrecy laws, patriot act, and anti money laundering laws. But seriously asking me how much I make and where I keep my money and how much I have is crossing the line to me, I felt like my privacy was violated and line was crossed in this case. I've been a long time Chase customer and I was not happy with my visit at all today.
