I came her to complete a return for UGG slippers. It was so easy and such a delight to be in the store. While I was there, I went upstairs and was pleasantly surprised to see their half yearly sale going on. I browsed though and found a dress that I really liked. When I went to the counter I asked if they had other sizes and she said yes - online - and they sent it to me. Within two days I received the dress! That was really wonderful! I'm glad to see there were a lot of shoppers and there is a lot of merchandise in the store to choose from!

The restaurant never fails!!! Jasmine was amazing, the food is always delicious and consistent through the years. Women's clothing options were on point. I wanted to purchase items in cosmetics but stood there for 3 mins Minimum waiting on someone to approach me and never happened. I will say the young gentleman in fragrance was very nice and knowledgeable but he couldn't help me in makeup.

Although I don't always shop here, whenever I do have the chance to shop at this Nordstrom, I always have amazing experiences here thanks to the luxurious shopping atmosphere, top-notch customer service, and very high quality products. When we entered this Nordstrom, we found it to be very nice as always, with opulent-looking floors, well-organized and large departments, and upscale furnishings to add to the atmosphere on both floors. Recently, me and my Mother came here as she wanted to buy some Dior lipstick, as it was on sale here and after getting subpar customer service at Bloomingdale's the day prior, it was an easy decision. Once we arrived at the Dior counter, we were set up with Tete, who was outstanding! She was very kind, patient, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable about her product, providing a clear contrast from our awful experience at Bloomingdale's the day before. After Tete hooked my Mother up with her Dior lipsticks, we then checked out and to our pleasure, they were indeed on sale and Tete was happy to go over the pricing, to make sure we knew what we were getting. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tete's Manager, Lourdes, who was very caring and did an excellent job overseeing her department. In addition to Tete, I have shopped here many times in the Men's Clothing Department and my Mother has shopped for Women's Clothing and in Top Shop, a British fashion brand sold at Nordstrom. I usually shop here for dress shirts and short sleeve button down shirts for work and special occasions, but have also purchased slacks here. The service in these departments has been impeccable, with shout outs going to Sales Associates Jim and Nicolas as well as Manager Courtney thanks to their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Although Nordstrom is usually on the pricier side, if you hit them up for sales like their Anniversary Sale, you can do really well. For example, I got beautiful dress shirts for less than and at most, on par with a less expensive department store like Macy's pricewise, so it pays to watch for a sale as there are bargains to be had from time to time. With impeccable service, high quality goods, and a luxurious atmosphere, the Nordstrom at Boca's Town Center Mall has become one of my favorite stores.

It's the anniversary sale, discounted shoes, clothing, fragrances, lingerie, housewares...The customer service can't be beat. Prices will go up after the sale is over so I want to grab new sneakers & moisturizers now. Thank you Dylan for getting me into new beautiful discounted sneakers & sandals. I always appreciate her suggestions, shoe knowledge & smile.

In March, I purchased a blazer at Men's Wearhouse because I could not afford the blazer prices at Nordstrom. However, I felt that Nordstrom's tailor shop was perhaps the best in the industry. Sadly, I was mistaken. It took me several weeks to save the $160 for the alterations needed on the blazer. When the alterations were complete, I tried on the blazer, and, much to my dismay, it was the poorest job imaginable. Needless to say, I was very upset. When I met with the new alterations manager, she tried to sell me on the fact that the jacket was perfect as-is. I walked out on her and drove straight to Men's Wearhouse where I spent another $60 of my hard-earned dollars to have the blazer re-altered. The following day, the store manager called me and said that I had not behaved "in a Nordstrom manner" and that I could not be reimbursed either their $160 or the $60, but that she would have the blazer re-altered. I wish to emphasize that, at this time, I was no longer an employee but rather a customer and did not appreciate being judged and rebuked for a matter that I felt could only be resolved with a full reimbursement. While I have enjoyed working at Nordstrom over the years in three different states, I could safely and resoundingly state that I will never again seek employment with this company. And, more importantly, I will never again be a customer at any of your stores. I enjoy the fashion that Nordstrom features, but will, sadly, spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

I really like the new Nordstrom. I went in to buy some Vans Shoes and was helped by fashionable staff. I was satisfied with the fitting and purchased my items with ease. I will come back again, I will have to update my information in the system.

Went to book an appointment today. Taylor was shall we say, LESS than helpful. In a time where the economy is outta wack, and at a store like nordstrom, you'd think she'd go above and beyond. Time to look for a new manager.

Horrible customer service I had received a gift by UPS and went in store to return it The first two salespeople in the dress dept at the Boca Raton store (who had no customers) said no, they didn't take returns and sent me to another register where the woman said she would help me, though with disdain I showed her the only receipt that came in the box (QR codes) and she refused them and looked at me like I was committing theft I told her there was no gift note in the box though I thought I knew who it was from (it's my birthday this week so I had an idea)She offered rudely to call the gift giver and have her text the receipt Can you imagine returning a $300 gift and her wanting to call the purchaser to basically tell her I was returning her gift? The woman in dresses Robin just stared at me She refused to do anythingI asked for the manager on duty The manager looked up my friends phone number who gifted me and luckily I had guessed right and she took the return After 45 minutes!I asked the manager for the store managers name and she refused to give it me but gave me his/her secretaries nameThis gets worse: Imagine my surprise 10 minutes later when my generous friend called me and said she was sorry I didn't like her gift! Is that a Nordstrom store policy to call the gift giver and tell them their gift was returned? It was embarrassing to say the least Robin was incredibly rude--I understand commission employees are under immense pressure to sell but that was just incredible behaviorI also asked for a credit to my credit card--she adamantly said no and would I like it credited to the gift givers account?I explained I rarely shopped Nordstrom and she told me to go eat in the restaurant with it!!!!I was shocked by how Nordstrom treats its guests No wonder I shop Neiman'sOh well I have a $300 GC to gift someone However after this hour I'm writing a letter to the corporate offices

Let me preface by saying I hate being this person. But I have never been harassed like this by a salesperson in my life and the irony of this is that I worked for Nordstrom for 5 years while in college. The good news: Dylan in shoes is fabulous and took care of me amazingly. Honestly, she seemed like the only one hustling on that sales floor so she earned my sale for sure. Tammy in lingerie is a gem and should be appreciated at all cost.I bought shoes downstairs and made my way up as I needed new clothes for work. I had my hands literally full of clothes in TBD. No on acknowledged me let alone offered a room. So I went to lingerie hoping I would find spanx leggings and asked Tammy for a room. She let me know she was busy fitting and I totally understood as I worked in lingerie in the downtown San Francisco store. I'm the type of person who likes going in and out of my dressing room and getting my own sizes anyways. The two older women (one who's name starts with a "G") asked if I needed help and I told them I was okay I was being helped. As I went in and out of the room I could see their growing frustration and even overheard them talking about me at the cash wrap and complaining about who was going to have to clean my room. I asked the gray haired women if she could open my room for me and she did it reluctantly. I know the name of the game, you work on commission at Nordstrom and it was clear that because I wasn't her customer she didn't even want to let me into my room. As I was leaving the department to go downstairs disgusted with both of their attitudes, G decides to run after me asking who was going to clean my room up. I am still in shock. Had I asked a customer that back in my day I would've been chewed out and spit out. I looked at her in shock and told her I will be going downstairs to Dylan as I could not find Tammy to ring me up. She AGAIN asked me, "we need to know who helped you so that they clean your room." She did not stop and I literally had to tell her to leave me alone. No I am not joking. I wasn't going to give these women my sale of over $700 after they were literally talking about me with at the cash wrap. I'm 30 years old but look like I'm 20. I'm a Nordstrom card holder. I meant business today. And these women were treating me as if I was supposed to worry about who was going to put back my go backs. Seriously?Luckily I spotted Tammy in Lingerie and ran over to give her the sale because I over heard her talking to her customer as she rung her up and she reminded me of why I loved working there back in the day. Oh no but wait, G runs over as I'm getting rung up and proceeds to interrupt Me and Tammy to ask her, "who's going to clean up her (my) room?!"At this point I had had it and confronted G and told her why would I have wanted to give you my sale when your coworker didn't even want to open my room and you both were talking about me as I pulled more clothes for myself? I also let her know I'm an ex employee and you should NEVER talk about customers on the sales force. Let alone in front of them. You can really tell the manager cuts have negatively impacted the level of customer service at this store. I had to tell G to go away because she would not give up. I literally said "please, go away." People like Tammy should not have to work in a toxic environment like this. Mangers- you need to step up and get better candidates to work your departments. I will only be shopping with Tammy and Dylan from now on.

This one is for the women:In the past, I had shopped elsewhere, thinking that the prices at Nordstrom were out of my ballpark. They do carry designer clothes and shoes, some beyond what I prefer to spend. But, the best department, that I would recommend to all the women out there, is the dress department, especially dressy dresses. I was shopping with my granddaughters, who could have run out of the dressing room to find other things for me to try on. But that was not necessary. The saleswoman, I think Sophie, must have checked in with me at least once every 5 minutes. She found different dresses, other sizes, and kept removing my rejects, keeping the room neat and organized. Each dressing room has an adjustable mirror, so you can see how you look from behind! In comparison, I went to another department store in the same mall, the same day. When I asked one of the 3 salespeople restocking the dress department for help finding a dress in a different size, they all said I should look myself, and pointed in the general direction of where the dress should be. They then suggested that I ask the cashier to check on availability in another store, in spite of the fact that I was barefoot, and there were about 4-5 people on line. I have been shopping for special occasions at Nordstrom for years, and have not been disappointed. (If you use their credit card, alteration prices, up to $200 are credited to your account as a (temporary) gift card.)In the past I have had a salesperson find shoes and the proper undergarments to try on dresses with. Once, having chosen a few dresses I liked, but didn't love, my salesperson found a dress for me on the clearance rack. It was substantially less money, did not need alterations, and after 3 years, it is still my favorite dress. And for the man who may be shopping with you, they have a lovely seating area with comfy couches and chairs and a TV, meant just for you.
