This gentleman right here, Fred. Such an amazing human being and salesperson. He doesn’t just try to sell you stuff to get money. He’s actually truly cares about your experience. I’m not super rich, but I buy enough pieces and he has always treated me kindly, and with respect.

I have been wanting this watch for years. I could have gone into a luxury jewelry store where I live, but wanted the Cartier experience. Life is all about experiences! I was in South Florida for the holidays and staying minutes from the Town Center Boca Raton. It was the day after Christmas and I did expect to wait. I waited for 5 years so a few minutes was not a big deal. I was told to wait by the watches and someone would be happy to assist. All of the watches in the case were automatic and as much as they are more popular, I wanted one with a battery. It would be worn randomly and on special occasions. I braced myself for them not having the Ronde Must de Cartier in stock. After waiting a few minutes, Liz comes to greets me. I told exactly what I wanted and did not see it in the case. She pulls out her keys, unlocks the drawer, and viola, there it was, my baby!! She put it on my wrist and I looked at it and said, "hello lover!" She laughed and knew exactly where this quote came from! From that point on, I knew this would be an experience and not just a purchase. We finished up, I was promptly seated, and she went to the back to get my baby. My experience was flawless. Liz talked to me about the watch, Cartier, and we shared snippets of our lives. I noticed as my eyes worked the showroom, everyone was receiving the same high quality service I received. It didn't matter if you were spending a few thousand or ten thousand. The staff stood behind their product! As for Liz, she was nothing short of fabulous! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

Extremely rude staff who treat you like an inconvenience and a nuisance as opposed to a loyal customer. I own three Cartier watches, and on a recent visit to purchase an extra link for one of them, the associate who “helped” me was as rude as possible. Another associate came out to assist, and she was also very rude; this leads me to believe that this attitude problem is cultural and not a singular employee problem. When my link arrived, I was told to just come to the store and no appointment would be needed. When I arrived, all was well when they thought I was there to buy something new, but when they learned that I needed service assistance, that’s when it became a problem. I was queried multiple times as to why I didn’t have an appointment and I was forced to provide the name of the associate who told me to just come in at my leisure. The most irritating part is that the store was mostly empty. There were numerous associates who were not helping any client. It was made clearly obvious that helping me would be an unwanted chore. As a result of this experience, I will purchase not a single additional watch from this brand. I may even cull my collection and invest in other brands who care about their clients both during the sale, and service of the timepiece. Avoid this store at all cost and just go to Mayors. You’ll be treated far more pleasantly and cared for as if your business truly matters. To be honest, I’ve had better service from McDonald’s. That’s how bad my experience was at Cartier at Boca Town Center. Buyer beware.UPDATE: The store has responded to my review asking me to send them a private message so they can speak to me regarding the matter of my review. However, there is no way to send a private message. Furthermore, they currently have my contact info, which can be retrieved by searching for my name in their system. I’d welcome a call to discuss my experience at the phone number ending in 9006. Again, my full number is available to them by looking in my Cartier profile. Otherwise, I would be happy to call in myself if provided with a contact number to reach out to.

They are beautiful time pieces but you have to go into it knowing that simple service does not exist. My Cartier watch requires a new battery frequently. They want over $500 every time the battery needs to be replaced and a seven-week lead time. It cannot be safely done by oneself and few watchmakers want to mess with it. It’s a powerful annuity for the company and an inconvenience and expense to the customer. They even refuse to change the battery without a full service and the seven week delay. I will say that the staff at this store is knowledgeable and professional.

Spent $13,000 on a bracelet only to have it fall off my wrist multiple times sent it to be fixed twice within a year and they said the only option was to spend four more thousand dollars to melt it down and refurbish it. The worst customer service.

Horrific customer service. Bought a $13,000 bracelet that has a lock issue send it in to be repaired twice doesn't work. My only option is to spend four more thousand dollars to get it remade. What a joke they are.

The front door person was so unprofessional when we went in to request a maintenance service for my Cartier ring. She rudely told me “we don’t do any polishing here”. Moreover she didn’t let me and my family to move around the store. I was actually looking to buy something for my birthday but after experiencing her unbelievably rude behavior I changed my mind. I was so shocked by her attitude that I walked out of there even though me & my husband are a long time loyal customers. We did come back and talked to another representative and they did send my ring to be professionally polished. I don’t understand what kind of training this salesperson went through but curtainly not the one that customers are expecting for the amount of money they spend. It’s even recommended on Cartier website to use their maintenance and repair services.

My experience in cartier at boca location was stellar. My watch was send for maintenance in nyc. After i received the watch, it showed that maintenance was not done properly. Tami who is the manager at the store went above and beyond to correct this situation. I am very satisfied with the service. Thanks you.

I bought a bracelet and worked with a most wonderful gentleman Marc. I walked into the store based on an item i saw in the window. I was immediately introduced to Marc. I had so much fun shopping with him!
