On 07/11 I sent an order to Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The shipment supposedly left on November 11; To date (12/15/23) they have not delivered and they do not tell me with certainty the status of the package. The person who can inform me agrees to call back and does not do so, if I call him he will not answer my call. What's happening, is it serious or relaxed?

The information they have online and at the door says they close at 7:00 PM on weekdays. I just came on a Monday at 6:50 PM and they slammed me in the face with the excuse that they had to balance the cash. If the place is going to close at 6:50 PM from Monday to Friday, change the information both online and at the entrance of the establishment. A waste of time.

I have used the service to send packages to Venezuela for 3 years and everything is perfect, but since October of last year the service has been terrible. I sent a maritime box in October and the box arrived in December, all broken, although the items were in good condition. Then in December I sent airmail so that it would arrive in a week and after I paid more than $100 in 2 boxes that I left, they call me and tell me that there was no more departure, and the box from December 15 was sent the second week of January arriving on January 20, more than 1 month but they didn't even adjust the shipping cost.

Hello, I always use cargozone to send my boxes but as always something is taken out of the box?? I don't know if it helps but you work very hard to have it stolen that's why I give three stars to see how the company does to stop this.. ..
