Dogtopia in Boca Raton has been a wonderful experience for my dog, Denver. The staff is attentive, caring, and always goes the extra mile to ensure Denver’s comfort and happiness. Their facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and fun environment for Denver. I am grateful for the peace of mind Dogtopia gives me, knowing that Denver is in good hands. My bulldog Roxie loves this place! Every morning she's hopping out of the car and rushing to the door. Prices are fair and they include a healthy snack, photos, paw print crafts, etc weekly. All the trainers are friendly and Roxie literally won't leave until she gets to say goodbye/get her pets from the staff. Attached are some of the photos they have sent me.

My miniature Alfie loves Dogtopia. He gets super excited when we pull up. I love watching him play on the webcams. He comes home exhausted which is a good thing. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your pup.

5 star all the way, NOW!! Tee has been spot on through God knows what and she's still there. If it weren't for her that place would not run as smoothly as it does. Keep her and keep it up!!

I worked here, they do not care about your pets and just want money, which is why I quit. These poor babies are being mistreated in so many ways:( the dogs are locked in cages for 2 hours multiple times a day for the “nap times”, when they do go out they get 10 minutes outside in the yard, only once a day. They would falsely tell owners we did not have their dog because of how mismanaged they are (imagine how freaked you would be if you came to pick up your dog and they said he/she wasn’t there???!!!!), they have no air, the dogs are subjected to heat and dire conditions all day. Please I beg you find another place for daycare these people are not animal lovers.

Terrible place. My dog, Luna would always look lethargic when I would come to pick her up. She would just look so worn out. I didn’t know why. I asked if she was getting enough water, the answer was always yes, but clearly she wasn’t. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but Luna was almost scared when I would pick her up. Makes my mind go in places I don’t want to imagine, and after seeing all these other reviews I am definitely not taking her back there ever.

I used to have a monthly plan with Camp Canine (dogtopia bought them out). I cancelled my monthly plan a year ago b/c I live 6 months a year in Chicago. I never reactivated my monthly plan and board Duke rarely and he does not do day care. About 3 months ago, Dogtopia apparently used an old contact I had with Camp Canine and unilaterally started charging my credit card monthly $550.00 (the prior cost of the plan I was on over a year ago). I called today to ask why and the answer was "it's the same location - therefore we can charge you). I explained that I had not been on a monthly plan for over a year now and what gave them the right to just start charging me again? The plan I had with camp canine was cancelled a year ago as I explained earlier. In addition, just because it's the same location does not give them the contractual rights I had with a different company just because it's "the same location". This alone, combined with the fact that I cancelled my monthly plan over a year ago is not sitting right with me.

Is there something going on here? Took the dog there and was not shown in the profile. The lady brought me back and asked me to show which dog was mine because there was no profile picture of the dog. She was like this is my second day in here and I’m filling in for someone. The music was blasting loudly and the smell of the place was horrendous. Picked up my dog and there was urine all over him. Called up the groomer right away to get him a bath…. Made for a stressful wedding weekend for me. Had taken the dog several times to camp canine and will not be returning to dogtopia

We've been recommended by friends and went for a meet and great for our puppy princess. The staff is super courteous and very professional, the place is clean and very nice. We left our dog for a few hours and she had a blast! We really feel she's in good hands at Dogtopia, will book daycare and boarding soon. Great team!

Had my dog boarded here for three nights. Staff was really great and friendly. I liked how they had a “meet and greet” first so I know my dog will work well with the other dogs.Drop off was easy and painless, so was pickup.They also gave medication for my doggo that is required daily which is a plus, I just had to provide the “pill pockets”I could also watch my dog through their webcam so I knew they were under supervision a majority of the time. Which put my mind at ease, sometimes some of the dogs would be a little rough with each other but the staff was pretty quick to stop them.
