Great home away from home. Our dog got to spend the weekend there and the staff were awesome the entire way through. Every time I checked the cameras the counselors were playing with them, the front desk guys were friendly and accommodating, they even sent a picture which was that extra touch of customer service. I’ll definitely be bring him back for daycare or trips.

Alvin is very well cared for. He has made many friends at camp. The most important thing is when a dog has a problem, they don't make you pick him up, they call for your advice. Alvin came down with diarrhea and we worked everything out since we were out of town. The most important thing I like is I feel Alvin is safe there. Their building is weatherproof and if there is a hurricane and I am out of the country, they don't expect me to pick him up like the other boarding places do. They are the best, safest place to board your 4 legged friend and he has a blast at day camp.

Never again! Took my dog there twice. Recently for one night and he got Kennel cough. They bathed him and he still smelled horrible.Second time just returned after two weeks. My 22lb dog was now 24.5 lbs. They fed him 1 cup morning and night when I specifically said 1/2 cup. The desk is occupied by kids with no emotion, very poor english and don't look like they care to listen to your requests!!!!They also don't take the dogs outside as they have no ability to do so. Horrible!!!! Again he had a bath the last day and he was soaking wet when I picked him up and blamed my dog for not wanting to be blow dryed. He also smelled horrible like they only wet him just to pretend the washed him.Guess what? Kennel cough again. This place should be closed for good. Not letting the dogs see daylight is a crime and pretending to care is animal neglect!Please don't bring your pets here!

Camp Bow Wow in Boca is a fantastic option if you are looking for doggie daycare in Boca. It's very clean and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Most importantly, Jackson, our 3 year old lab, absolutely loves going there. He gets so excited that he grabs the leash and walks, no runs himself in! The staff all know him and greet him like family every time I drop him off.

Although our 2 english bulldogs are fully vaccinated, including the flu vaccine, both dogs became deathly ill immediately following boarding over the Thanksgiving weekend. So far have spent almost $4,000 on vet bills trying to get them to recover from pneumonia that the vet said was picked up from other dogs or the facility. I won't be boarding my dogs anywhere other than the vet office from now on, or a pet sitter at my own home. I used to love boarding my dogs at Camp Bow Wow. Not anymore. I called and the manager didn't seem concerned, but said he would report it to the owner and call me back. That never happened.

I wanted to like this place. They seemed to be on top of making sure all the dogs needed to be vaccinated based on what they asked of me for my dogs. I think this is just for show. I dropped my two dogs off for the initial 3 hour interview process and unfortunately they came down with kennel cough a few days later. Super disappointed.

We like the cleanliness & organization of Camp Bow Wow. They have a large indoor area for dogs to run & play with turf area to go potty. The staff is very friendly to our Bubba. I like the baths too. Bubba seems very clean after where some places just rush the bath or st k the dog back in the play area after they had a bath. Camp Bow Wow puts your dog in a clean holding area after the bath so they stay clean until you pick them up. We are very happy & so is Bubba.He comes home pooped from playing all day. ?

I love Camp Bow Wow! The staff is extremely friendly, clean organization and my dog loves going there. I feel safe when I drop my dog there for daycare or for over night boarding, having the live cameras is amazing.

Clean and efficient, staff was obligatory friendly. It is the first time I've utilized a dog daycare or boarding facility where I couldn't actually tour it and see what the facility looked like and where my dog would sleep when staying overnight. The app where we can try to view our dog on camera was a nice feature, but such a small vision and camera is quite distance from the animals, we never could actually make out which dog was our girl. Pricier than what we are accustom to paying, but all in all a good experience

Emily & the team take amazing care of my very active older pittie mix! I have left him with them for lengthy periods of time while traveling. He is always Happy & Healthy when I pick him up. I love that staff are in with the dogs while playing all day & I can log in to the Camper Cams and watch at any time during the day. A team member has always contacted me for any issue that may have come up.
