I want to thank Dr Cindy Krane, Suzanne, Paula, Bernadette and the entire team at Calusa Veterinary Center. They have helped many cats with the Community Cat Project to get sterilized and vaccinated to help cut down on the chronic problem of stray cats in our community. We have used this hospital for my 4 dogs for the last year the care and empathy offered by the entire staff was exceptional. three of my dogs needed emergency care this was taken care of in a very short time. The fourth visit was for a regular check up exam. My dog is very hard to deal with but the vet took care of the problem with no stress. we highly recommend this facility highly the Kaplan family

Best vet clinic I've been to. Dr. Dermott does an exceptional job with the laser therapy on our dog. It has made a dramatic difference for his arthritis!! He's much more comfortable and looks forward to his walks again!!!

Curtis and Cassandra were amazing! Curtis was extremely warm empathetic and gentle with my 20 year old cat who got nervous and peed all over himself. They cleaned him and even put chucks in the carrier. This was the best experience at Calusa I have had so far?⬛ ?♂️for my elderly tuxedo!

Avoid this place at all costs! If you dont want your dog to die during a emergency situation do not bring your dog here! All they care about is robbing you on their illegal billing and deceptive billing practices and running up unnessary tests for your loved pets. I had to take my dog out of the cage in the back because they did nothing to my dog and just had her sitting in a cage. I told the doctor are you going to help my dog and give her fluids because she was dying. I told the doctor this seems like its all about the money $$ and she responded "well of course this is about money" thank GOD i found a 24 hour vet called VCA hospital in palm beach to save her life. This place needs to be shut down. Dont even go to this vet if they give you free services......
Its important to keep our loved fury pets away from the crooked vast amounts of vetrinary clinics that are all about the money$$$

I was referred by my vet . My puppy got injured by a groomer in left eye at a grooming shop . Dr. Says eyes got soap in them most likely . I was given drop to give for a few days . Be careful with groomer you use . I had to argue with owner of of love my puppy in boca to get them to pay for poor service . And injured dog eyes .

Amazing Staff | Amazing Facility. My wife and I found Calusa Veterinary Center when our 7-year old rescue kitty was in crisis and needed to see a veterinarian immediately. I don't normally take time to write reviews, but this facility and the staff are a cut above the rest. From the moment we called to the time we showed up in a panic, the staff was amazing, kind and caring. The atmosphere of this place was not like any veterinary clinic we have ever seen. And no animal smells! Upon arrival we were immediately taken to a feline friendly exam room that was complete with a cat tree and other accoutrements. Curtis, our Veterinary Nurse was amazing, as was Dr. Renade - who I highly recommend. Our fur babies mean a great deal to us and we really appreciated the kindness and compassion showed by Curtis, Dr. Renade, and the staff. We were astounded to watch Curtis with Boo (Our cat that is afraid of everything and every body) and how uncharacteristically unafraid he was. I'm going to call Curtis the "cat whisperer." Anyway, I wanted to take time to call out a group of professionals that, in a time of mediocrity, stand out as a cut above the rest. Thank you!

After not sleeping for two nights, my cat and I are finally resting this evening.

My cat may have not said it very nicely, but Jax thanks you too!
He is comfortable for the evening as it is now a day-by-day monitoring for him, and I feel better knowing that he will be hydrated and okay, even if it is just a little while longer.

Been coming here with my dog for 11 years now, I have adored all the people that work there. The vets, nurses, techs and staff are so lovely, wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. They remember my boy by name and also shower him with love to ease his anxiety. I honestly haven’t been to a vet I love more than this place. They care about your pets and take the best care of them. Below is my boy visiting the pharmacy and getting some treats.

I took my dog to the emergency vet. The price for blood work and x-rays were outrageous but of course, to find out what is wrong with my dog this had to be done. Two vets later, neither gave me an accurate diagnosis. I was initially told she had kidney failure then another vet said mild pancreatitis. My son and I were in tears thinking we would have to put her down. Two different diagnoses at the same vet clinic is terrifying. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and the cost for treatment is extremely outrageous. Horrible treatment to my dog, my son and to me I gave them a 1 however, this place deserves a zero to me.
