Do not give this company your business. I’m a small business owner and had wanted candles made. I spent 1000$ on candles. A pretty big order. The candles came and had zero scent. I, kindly, emailed the owner Eric and he was your worst nightmare to deal with. I asked him if I sent these candles back if he could remake them or put more scent in them. He said I would be charged for another order. He was awful, not a good person. I will post the emails if he denies the allegations but all in all, find yourself a company that will help you if you need help as we all do sometimes make mistakes. I am a business owner myself and told Eric multiple times that I understand stuff happens and he told me he’s made hindered of orders and never messed up. Surely, you can assume, anyone in any industry has made a mistake or two. It’s about holding yourself accountable and fixing it! Long story- I just ate the charge. It was not worth dealing with the company.
