If I could leave a 0 star review I WOULD, the women that claims to be the manager and that there is NO ONE above her has a really bad attitude and treated me and my friend with so much disrespect, we when to exchange a shoe that she bought yesterday and it broke the same day, we tried to get an exchange with anything or credit for the store but she said that there was nothing she could do, talking to us in a condescending manner, very bad customer service, she would go to the back of the store and not talk to us face to face very disrespectful thinking she us above any customers. WOULD NOT COME TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!

I bought a pair of sandals and decided to use them the same day. When I was walking, two of the strands of the sandals broke from the sole. The next day I came to the store to change the sandals because how can they break from one day of use? Awful quality. I asked for a new pair or at least to receive the credit I paid for another product. The manager was very unresponsive and closed-minded. She was very unprofessional and did not treat me with respect. She could have managed the situation differently by at least talking to me directly to my face and not going to the back of the store to “keep working”.

My wife stepped in the store to see one of the outfits on the mannequin. The woman there, who claimed to be the owner, yelled at her not to touch the clothing and then told her to get out of the store. What a rude and hateful person to be allowed to operate a business in Boca’s Mall. We will never shop there, and looking at the other reviews, would urge others to stay clear as well.

I had a bad experience! I bought a dress and when I wanted to return it, I was explained that I could only exchange it, that they explain that in the receipt (that they send only thru email) so by the time you see it you are already stuck with the garmet

I loved everything that was in the boutique. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, Mariana was lovely! She was super attentive and personable!I don’t live in state! So who runs the social media for this store??? What the stores phone number? Do they have a website?????I want to buy more!!Someone let me know!

I enjoy the shopping experience in this store. The sales staff know their inventory and will let you know what is popular and trending. They offer you a look at what they think will be appealing to you and are always respectful of the customer. The clothing is sometimes pricey but quality is great!! Clothing within consistent price points for years, and they offer cult classics like Sundry, Michael Stars, Goldie, amongst other newer brands too. Always cutting edge with the buyer in mind!

Went to the store today a woman who claims to be i the owner was so engaged on her personal conversation on the phone that when I asked her a question she stormed when I asked her name she said Mary and told me to leave .Very rude and unprofessional.

I purchased a dress at cabanas. The woman who helped us in the store did not inform us of the stores final sale policy. When i came back to return the dress she said it was not allowed and that there are no store credit. Worst customer service ever!!!! Unfair and misleading.

I went to the store today to return a gift I bought on the 24 of Dec. from Mariana M. Who told me I could get a refund , aside of the store policy, because she was the store manager and it was the holidays and could make an exception. Segal, the sales associate, informed me after talking to Mariana M. She could only give me a store credit. How very unprofessional for a store manager to entrap people to make a buck. I asked her before I even purchased the item if I could return for a refund, and she said she’d make the exception. Integrity, sincerity, customer service is clearly NOT a priority at Cabana. If Mariana was clear and forthcoming about the policy before my purchase it would have been simple, bring my daughter to try on before buying.
