I do love the pool here. The food is good every night. I enjoy walking through this neighborhood, and it's so serene and quiet and peaceful. The gym is pretty good and I love the little cafe. They do have otters in the big lake on the golf course. ⛳️ The golf course is fun to play. You definitely need to stop and have lunch halfway. They have different classes for water aerobics. My favorite spot is beside the waterfall. Though I did have a lady (looked like an assistant for the pool or some kind of assistant manager) yelled at me once. I think her bigger bosses we're in because she was walking fast everywhere and had ugly look on her face. Rude. I guess I was playing my music too loud. But she said it very rudely, which was really weird to me since i was the only person at the pool that day. She must have been having a bad day because I've never had anyone do that to me before. Other than that one rude person, everyone else has been overly accommodating and very nice to me.

non stop landscaping. loud, annoying, disruptive landscaping all day everyday. if you enjoy peace and quiet stay far away from this neighborhood.

Beautiful facilities. Gorgeous landscaping. Service is exceptional from almost all employees. The club incorporates a lot of nature into the grounds so it's very pretty to walk and drive through. The new clubhouse design and new restaurants look like they will be amazing from the plans. The only downside is it's taking a while to complete.It used to fairly easy buying a home at Broken Sound but with the tight real estate market in South Florida and people rediscovering Golf and Tennis, Broken Sound has become a very desirable community to live in and there are a lot of young families moving in.

If you like being woken up by lawnmowers at 7am everyday this is the community for you. In my 2 years of living here me and my family have been able to sleep past 9am less than 10 times which is ridiculous. Every single day there’s lawnmowers, leaf blowers, etc right up to me and my children’s bed room window which makes it impossible to work from home. At this point i’d rather mow the lawn myself than hear the insane amount of noise I deal with everyday for hours on end. Whoever deals with the landscaping in Timbermill needs to dial it down ASAP!!!! It’s completely outrageous how loud it is all the time in this subdivision.

What an amazing Club in The heart of boca.Totally remodeled every few years.Right now the pool is open for members but soon will be open publicly. Totally love the service and every single space in it.
