This five star rating is for our helper/server/lane manager, Zoey. When you go to bowl, you hope to have a little service if you need it. But when my daughter reserved a couple lanes for some of her friends to join her (12 to be exact) Zoey, upon seeing the size of the group, jumped in and was a true master of ceremonies. She not only made sure that the area was clean and tidy and ready for them, but that there was ice water and cups waiting for the group when they arrived, that their lunch orders were taken immediately and that everybody had everything they need throughout the entire 2 1/2 hour get together. Not only was her service outstanding, but she did it with a smile. Some of the group actually remembered her finally from past outings at this place. All of this was impressive but particularly so because this place is incredibly understaffed. I don’t know what ownership/corporate management is thinking to have so few people managing the influx, as this place gets hugely busy. But I have to give credit toevery single person working there that they throw themselves into this Hercules task of managing this understaffed place with
positive attitudes and great work ethics. The only improvement I would make other than staffing it at a normal level is for them to provide gluten-free options. Half the world is gluten-free people. Get with the program! Nevertheless, we will be back and can’t wait to see Zoey
again!

Had a horrible experience, They need more people working, we tried to order through the ipad but it was not working so we had to go to the bar. i lost the opportunity of seeing my son play because i was in line waiting for a milkshake for 20 minutes, The staff are very nice but they need to hire more people, i saw people fighting for a beer and having to play more than they wanted to because their food hadn’t arrived, its a great place to bring you family but make sure you don’t come with a empty stomach or thirsty.

EDIT: District Manager doesn't even care or help. Wants to know the same story a million times. This goes to show how they run their location.
I have tried contacting the actual location and customer relations and have and had NO luck. Which goes to show how they are in person as well, just rude and not helpful.
This past Saturday (11/30/24) I took my son and his friends bowling for his birthday. Since we stepped foot in line to purchase, the staff there was just plan RUDE. Before arriving, I called to see if they'd honor the black friday deal in person since the only available time to bowl was 10pm and I couldnt do that. So we walked in at around 7pm and the place was literally empty with plenty of lanes, so why couldnt we book any earlier than 10pm?? After bowling, they did NOT honor the price of the deal online, in fact they charged my card way more than that price. They didnt inform me of that nor tell me what they were going to charge me until I got home and saw the charge Monday morning!
Another note - i had 3 boys with me, with the place being so empty, they had the arcade to themselves, as they were playing the manager gave them such a hard time about being loud, and doing things they werent supposed to (running around) these boys are nothing but kind and know right from wrong, and I was watching them the entire time. I dont want to pull the race card but, why pick on our kids when there were kids climbing on the machines and not being yelled at!
This place has gone downhill, the staff is just so rude and the food was gross.
This is uncalled for and I did not like how any of us, including the kids, were treated. Either the staff needs to be re evaluated , or they need proper training. Or maybe ask the manager a question before telling me one thing and doing another like over charging! We will not be back.

The manager and employees are unprofessional. They should not be working at this establishment. The manger is the meanest person I’ve ever talked to in my life. I rate this place a 0/5 star. Anyone who wants to come here to bowl think again!! The manager will ruin your time. The manager does not deserve this position!!! Do better Bowlero!!!!!

These people got our orders wrong not once but twice! Then when asked for a refund the second time, they had the audacity to be pretty much about it almost acting like people are out here trying to steal bowling alley wings, be so for real. Try your luck someplace else if you want to go bowling.

Had a blast. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great and so was the arcade. Definitely something different to do. Will definitely return here.

I went to Bowlero last night and I paid for unlimited bowling for $62 but instead I paid with I paid 65 and I played one game and got food with my boyfriend and then the second game he got shut off. I am very upset. I would a refund. I would never ever come back to play bowling again you lost to you also good I will never come back. I want my money I want my refund. I am very upset. You don’t turn off the game when a customer pay for unlimited You don’t do that

Amazing place, nice people working there but it needs some management on the food court, bowling area and specialty in the arcade area, besides that we had a great time 🤙🏻 but pls fix the claw machine I had the toy 4 times into the claw and for some toys the claw it's too week to hold and the other toys that the claw can hold at the top the claw kind of shaking and drop the toy back to the pile so sad 😢
