Dr. Zayed and the staff provide patients with personalized, caring, responsive and thorough eye care. Dr. Zayed treats his patients like a “loved one” and takes his time to fully explain results of the exam procedures and answer questions in simple terms. 5+ stars.

This was not the best optical experience I've ever had. My contact lens prescription is still lacking after multiple visits to correct the issue. Requests for corrections always seem to be bothersome to the doctor and not much time is spent explaining your condition or listening to your concerns. The eyeglass staff (my experience was with Ellie) is there to upsell you not professionally advise or truly help maximize value. NO ONE THERE LISTENS OR TRULY CARES. For example I was upsold most every addon option for eyeglasses but the one I truly needed was never explained to me which actually affected my vision (the progressive part of my glasses). Once I realized I couldn't read anything at all I called to see the doctor again but was instead met by Ellie the eyeglass sales person who impolitely tells me "I told you to get progressive" which she ABSOLUTELY did not. She did however "offer" progressive as an option along with every other upsell she presented. My advice to your company as professionals is to learn what is a necessity for patients opposed to what to upsell...they are not one in the same. PROGRESSIVE is necessary, ANTI-GLARE is not. Do your job and explain this to patients. It's just the right thing to do!

Went here on my husband’s recommendation.our eye insurance changed and no longer covers my choice of optometrists. My last experience was with “My Eye Doctor” which is a chain optometrist. Sadly I was not impressed with the service provided there.
This was a very personal experience. The staff all very kind and professional. Everything was explained in detail, from insurance coverage, to out of pocket expenses.Their machines are state of the art. It’s a very clean environment. Dr Zayed was very thorough and listened to my concerns, and addressed them all.
Would highly recommend and I will def be back.

I was impressed with how thorough my examination was. I had never had an optician go over and thoroughly explained the images taken of my eyes. Very courteous and friendly staff.
