This company is unprofessional and highly frustrating to deal with. They have delivered the wrong items multiple times, and now Tony is just completely unresponsive. The receptionist is incompetent and has, on two separate occasions, forgotten to relay my messages accordingly. Unfortunately, I'm left with no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB since nobody is communicating the status of an order that was paid for.

Warning, I would avoid working with this business! Called the telephone number listed on their site today and reached a rep right away. Within the first 2 minutes of the conversation with the female rep, learned:-their computers were "down"-I explained I could place an online order, she said the site isn't set up for online orders even though it presents as having the capability-delivery was going to be challenging unless you have a loading dock-prices listed on the website have not been updated due to 'covid' as they didn't have the funds or staff to update the website. I said that doesn't seem right and like false advertising, she was defensive and unapologetic.-provided the product number and she couldn't find correct info in whatever she was looking at. I was trying to order chairs and she was pulling up a cubicle partOverall, rep was clueless, unhelpful and abrasive. I would definitely not recommend.

I had a hard time finding the right furniture but then I was recommended to call a gentleman named John. John came out and created a space plan the really made it easy to visualize our space furnished. I purchased some very nice desks and ergonomic chairs that reduce fatigue. The Delivery men came quick and assembled our products efficiently and they were very polite. I would definitely buy again . Thanks Boca Office Furniture

I was leary of walking in and being oversold, so I put it off way too long. Right when I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. Not only because of the warm friendly people, but because I didn't feel any pressure or being sold something more than I needed. Thank you for that!
