Unclear about return policy if a totally unused costly product.Was told “to try” the product…. Wud infer if not good bring back. That was not explained the costly item was ours to keep!!!! The sign stating ‘no returns ‘ is small and hidden behind counter items. BE aware of their UNCLEAR RETURN POLICY bef u attempt a purchase…we didn’t want money refunded…we wanted an exchange to what we initially cm into the store to purchase!!! No accommodation whatsoever on a totally unused item….I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

great service, very knowledgeable about the products. Just make sure you don't need to return anything. They take NOTHING back, no matter if it is unused, unwrapped, only a few days old. Don't take a chance on anything you may need to return, these items are expensive.

Needed bed and bed accessories for a relative who was in bad ambulatory physical condition. These kind folks helped me out, with both the gear I needed, and even better with good advice. Turned me into a kind of expert in beds which gave me confidence. I appreciate it and recommend.

Basically needed ambulatory supplies - for a family friend we're trying to help. Great advice and information, and help, and we got a good walker and chair-assistance device, took it all right out the door and to the family friend, which he much appreciated, got rid of his old stuff, and started using right away. Highly recommend. They'll give you advice that can make your goal of helping someone a lot easier.

I'm amazed. I called to get info, and was calling several companies to see if there was any difference between them when Medicare is involved. I called the Palmetto store of BMS, and spoke with Ward. When I called a second time, not realizing it was the same store, and when Ward realized it was the same person, he hung up on me and rejected my call when I tried to call back. I was actually on my way to him and now, instead, he's lost a customer. Business must be great! But he need not worry. He won't be getting my business now. And the funny thing is, I was thinking people who said they are rude were probably competitors - turns out, they were right!

TERRIBLE service! Elaine the owner, was 30 min late for our 10 AM appointment. No apology - off to the wrong start. 2.5 hours later, I was fitted for my lymphedema glove and sleeve. While thorough measuring occurred, it should not have taken this amount of time. I was recommended by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies - Kris. I provided a prescription and my insurance card before I left. By the time I left I was told that my insurance said I had secondary insurance and that they needed to collect this from me. I have had the same primary (and only) insurance for 23 years. I stated this to Elaine. Two weeks later I follow up to find out that her "swift staff" was still waiting for me to fix the issue! By this time I was asked by the Academy of Lymph studies to just get my measurements so that they could refer me elsewhere. I requested my measurements from Elaine who was so rude telling me she cannot do this and abruptly brushed me off the telephone. What she didn't tell me was that because of their long delay, my measurements would now be inaccurate since my I did not have a sleeve to manage the swelling. So ALL that time wasted on my vacation to FL to supposedly a "top notch medical supply store" referred to me by the Academy of Lyphatic Studies. Saaaave your effort n time and GO ELSEWHERE FAST!

These guys were awesome!!! Called and they answered —no robotic phone system or anything. Came to the store and they walked us through everything as well as sorted our insurance very quickly. All awesome people and we were pleasantly surprised!!!

My husband needed a repair on his walker. Nobody at this store tried to sell him a new one. A nice young man spent about 40 minutes going completely out of his way to make it like new. He even customized the height as he is 6'3" and the previous full extension was a bit short. We are truly appreciative and the total cost was $10!

This place is a scammer...their prices are 30 to 40 percent higher then listed prices anywhere...example...they purchases a 3 pack heel lift for $7.00 and repackages each one separately and sells them for $19.00 each...that is $57.00 that is a 815% markup...that is price gauging...
