My son fractured his tibia bone and we needed a wheelchair rental for an upcoming big event and for him to use at school as his full leg cast needed elevated. They were very helpful on the phone and in store. Reasonable rate for the rental and showed me how to use the chair with all the functions.

Last week my husband broke his walker. Patrick saved the day by immediately delivering an assembled walker to my place of work.My working hours were the same as Boca Medical Supply’s hours and I would have missed them. We were sent there to get compression socks for hubby. The OT wrote the Rx wrong. They called for clarification and ordered the socks. We were supposed to leave Boca soon after and we were worried the socks wouldn't arrive on time. They promised to ship the sox at no extra charge if they came in after we left. Fortunately they came in a few days before. Prices were not great but competitive. Great service!

What an Amazing Company and Staff of people who work here!!! Patrick was Simply amazing, a True angel of a human so caring and helpful!!! I was here from CT and forgot my CPAP Humidifier??♂️??♂️??♂️!!! Patrick went above and beyond such an Amazing human making the rest of our trip here in Boca!!! Our daughter needed a cast protector and cast shoe. They carried both and were very nice in fitting and getting her setup. Very efficient and friendly staff. We were in and out in under 20 minutes with the fitting. Couldn't have asked for any better.

For medical care, they want you to pay up front and then hope Medicare will reimburse with the extra same money you paid Boca Medical. Plus when you go to the store, they only take Medicare certain days.. They are very difficult to do business with. I suggest looking for another store

no customer service!!!! no help for a disabled person who made a mistake and bought the wrong wheelchair. No exchange no help no nothing. very poor customer service for those of us who need it most. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Go elsewhere! I spent 2.5 hours being measured by owner Elaine for a compression sleeve and full glove After she was 30 min late for our 10 AM appt. No apology either. Before I left my referral and insurance card, I offered to pay upfront to avoid and delays in authorization and suggested they could then reimburse me after insurance kicked in. I've had the same insurance for 23 years. Whike there, I was told by Elaine that her staff said there were secondary insurance issues. I reassured her I only had 1 insurance for 23 years. 2 weeks later I followed up and was told by her incompetent and rude staff the same thing and that since I worked for the insurance co, that I should fix it. I requested my measurements as I was told to by the Academy of Lynphatic Studies so I could be referred elsewher. Elaine told me NO that she would not give me this and that her staff was correct in doing what they did. What she didn't tell me was that due to her slow n careless process that took 2/3 weeks, my arm would be more swollen since I had no compression sleeve. And that my measurements would be inaccurate by now. This is a time and sensitive matter that anyone who struggles with lymphedema without compression Garments understands. as a result my arm and hand have increased in size.

Responsive and efficient. They try to really assist their customers, although sometimes that means waiting. Maybe calling for a time to come in is wise.
