The man who takes orders is very unpleasant, he does not try to help the client, does not try to speak clearly in order to be understood. The information he provides does not correspond to the information on the company’s website! I don't recommend it!

Nice store to have in town. Boxes are much cheaper than Office Depot’s prices. Very helpful guy working there.

I promised a couple years ago that I would write a review for this place. I got caught up with moving and after recently finding an old card in my wallet, I remembered my promise.
I was moving from Boca back to Chicago a couple of years after the pandemic. Moving across the country is always a pain in the butt with lots of moving parts, but these guys made it so much easier. The guy who runs the store (I unfortunately can't remember his name) made sure that he secured the exact sized UHaul I needed (which weren't easy to secure at the time), as well as a towing trailer for my car in short notice. Not only that, but they helped me get the car onto the trailer and strap it in. They normally charge for the service, but I arrogantly thought I could do it myself and was on a time crunch. They helped me out free of charge when they saw it wasn't going well. I really do appreciate them doing that for me, which is why I'm writing this review 2 years after moving. I would recommend just paying for the service because they are going to do a good job and make sure your car doesn't fly off and get damaged.
These guys are professionals and have great customer service and wish them nothing but the best. They also obviously have plenty moving supplies like boxes and blankets also which are essential.

I've used Boca Box a couple of times to move and for supplies. As a local realtor and investor, I recommend them to my clients when selling/buying a home.Bill is awesome! He provides a wealth of knowledge and has great customer service.

I had scheduled a Uhaul truck to be picked up at Boca Box a month in advance. I informed them the day before the pick up that I would be there at 9:00 AM to pick it up. The employee who opened the store the following morning didn't arrive until 9:15 AM. The employee was rude and couldn't have been more disinterested in assisting me. He wasn't aware that I was to also get a dolly. When I asked about it, his response was, "I don't care, take whatever you want." Poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible service. The manger Bill is very rude and threatened to call the Police for Trespassing when we had a reservation to pick up a truck. I would never recommend anyone to come to this place. Very rude the Managers name was Bill. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews on google looks like the company made the reviews themselves.
