Watch your valuables when using the valet. I could tell that one of the valets ransacked my center console and glove box. There were items that I know were on the bottom of the center console that upon getting my vehicle back, were now at the top. There was a travel size pack a bandaids that was on the floor by the gas/brake pedals. Other items were, WITHOUT A DOUBT, were moved around. I'm not sure if anything was missing. Luckily I don't keep anything of significant value in my vehicle.

Stayed at the Beach Club for a work conference; if I paid, it'd get a lower rating.Late check-in issue, water taxi out, shuttle delays and denials, missed turndown service resulting in a frustrating wait for water, slow beach service, and a poorly placed, freezing AC vent.On the upside, the staff was mostly friendly with some nice personal touches. The grounds are pleasant, rooms clean, and the oceanside is stunning.Overall, it fell short of the promised experience, and the frequency of issues left me understanding people on Below Deck. I’ve had better stays at a Courtyard by Marriott.

Have stayed here twice this month and it’s been equally exceptional both time. Can’t say enough kind things about the staff! Lovely rooms, amazing beds and views and the tub was perfect. 10/10

This is not 5* hotel. They are understaffed, design straight from cheap furniture store, horrible experience.

The Boca Raton is the art of hospitality.Starting with exceptional service and friendly employees and finishing with amazing architecture of a hotel facilities.- the resort is well taken care of- water shuttle service is fun and a very convenient thing- food is alright- the employees are very well trained and know what to do- rooms are clean, and room service is 5/5If u do look for special, exceptional hotels/resorts that differentiate from others then the Boca Raton is one of them!Without a doubt would stay here again! Thank you to all the employees for taking care of this place :)

Expansive hotel which has buildings on the beach and on each side of the inter-coastal waterway. Taking the ferry to get meals or utilize the gym made the experience special. I recommend this hotel.

We have been coming to this hotel for several years. Sometimes we stay at the hotel and other times at the marina on our own boat. This time we were lucky enough to meet some people, who have been so kind and really make a big difference. They are, Terry from the Marina and all his stuff, Lauren Levin from the Raquet club and Anabelle the teacher of Tennis and Pickletball, and Vanesa Melendez from special events. Hope other hotel and restaurant staff, become so nice as them and realize how important it is to be kind and care about customers.
