Great Property!!! Kurt and the Team are extremely responsive. Maintenance is efficient and so friendly. I'm not sure where my previous review went but really wanted to advise anyone looking for a Gated Family friendly community.

Jacqueline the assistant manager is very helpful and professional. She's helped me with any and all of my questions throughout my stay. My unit is updated and for a 1/1 it's very comfortable for me. --Thank you!

We really love living here! Maintenance is awesome and it's a very peaceful apartment complex. Staff is friendly and the amenities are nice.
A beautiful gated apartment community featuring 1 and 2-bedroom apartments in prestigious Boca Raton, Florida. Amenities include two tennis courts, a lake with a walking path, a lakeside pool, BBQ grills, a fitness center, and a business center open 7 days a week. Newly upgraded apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, and plank flooring throughout the apartment. We accept pets with a weight restriction of up to 75 lbs. We are just south of Boca Town Center Mall.
