Keeping it simple and plainThere is a good variety of products to choose from, some really good out of the box options, kind staff but short staffed at the same time. Clean best buy and everything is easy to access for use, prices are well labeled. Work on customer service is needed from the management side, not the employees' side. Overall 8/10

Had an appointment to get my phone screen repaired. Geek Squad rep tried talking me out of it then brought out their manager who also said it's cheaper elsewhere. I needed the screen repaired today and didn't care about saving a little cash. If you don't want the business why accept appointments for the service. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Went to best buy today to get a new screen protector, special shout out to rachel she had impeccable customer service was able to help me find exactly what I needed was super quick and time efficient. I really appreciated her hospitality. She’s a good one to have on the team.

Their service sucks. Stay away from these people Bought a washing machine 1st delivery they called me last minute. 2nd attempted delivery they never called. Obvious they lost it. The most disorganized company I ever dealt with

After almost 45 minutes of trying to get to the geek squad at Best Buy in Boca Raton they finally gave me a phone number supposedly at the Boca Raton Best Buy with an extension number so I called it. Whoever it was I asked if he was at the Boca Raton store, and he said he was in the back office. I specifically asked him what I wanted done and how much it would cost. I have an SSD drive in my table top computer and I wanted my hard drive cloned to it. In addition, I wanted to upgrade the memory to the maximum in the computer. I explained I needed a course to do it. He said it would cost $150. I made an appointment for 1:40 PM and when I showed up there. I was told that the person whose name was Alan Doesn’t work here and there is nobody here by that name. I explained to the gentleman behind the counter with the conversation was and I told him about the $150 and he told me that you know if I spent $180 and would take care of any problems with the computer for a year. so I said to him so that would include the cloning of the hard drive to the SSD and the upgrade of the memory to its max. His answer to me was oh no, you would have to pay for the cloning. What a joke. Apparently you never get to talk to the person , who is making the final decision as to what has to be done and what the cost is. Before anybody does business with the geek squad they should request a written estimate in detail as to what’s gonna be done and how much each item is going to be costing. I won’t have that problem again. I will have nothing to do with the geek squad. Had we not bought most of our appliances here I would have nothing to do with Best Buy. Once the warranties run out on my appliances, I will never even have occasion to call them .

I didn’t know while you had a customer service line of 6 people and your employee likes to take lot of hug breaks with her other coworkers. I am sorry but it’s very inappropriate especially when you have a line waiting for you to finish the breakfast club meeting. Not cool Best Buy.

I purchased a computer delivery date was given. Computer never arrived. When I called, I was told this particular Computer was in high demand that if I did not get it in the next four days, purchase was going to be canceled & issue a refund. Horrible customer service.
