I had the best experience where a gentleman, Ryan Turner and lovely Carla helped me learn about and understand different models, capabilities, and compatibilities while choosing the right CPU for me. They helped teach me about the different cores and threads within a cpu, which programs I planned on running and tasks I was planning to command, which CPU was compatible with my socket on my motherboard, and how each generation differs in size and functionality, and taking just a bunch of general information about my current environment with my hardware and planned programming to provide the perfect CPU for me. It was a pleasant experience and I haven’t received any type of service like that in a long time from any other company. Remarkably pleasant, hospitable, and insightful. I feel much more inclined to return to Best Buy in the future when I’m looking to acquire more resources that are provided with the company.

This store is terrible. I swear they will put somebody from the washer and dryer Department in home audio department to sell TVs that knows nothing about anything. This store has gone completely down the drain. Will never be back or recommend!

Came in to buy an eye iPad case for 12.9 inch iPad and Ipencil. I also needed To get a new watch. I waited in the area while the gentleman Thai worked with another customer. I waited for at least 10 minutes without being Acknowledge at all, then went to the front desk asking for assistance preferably for a manager I got asset protection. They sent over another gentleman who responded appropriately, but didn’t have any of the keys to get into any of the things I need understandable so he had to get some help. However, when the items went up, they were not the correct price they weren’t what was posted and also wasn’t what was online for the same item But the item was sitting on the shelf with all of the prices for that particular item different sizes. So the gentleman who initially didn’t want Come back over and his first initial comment was how can I help you? The person who have been helping me explain What I needed I was more flabbergasted at the fact that I’m back to the same guy who never wanted to help me 1st Pl., Best Buy Boca you can keep it not

Some staff are nice. Most people at the register just want to get people out and have no interest in helping customers. Also the parking lot is always a mess. Someone out there was shooting a paintball gun at cars last visit!

**Review: Best Buy Experience**
I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a monitor as a birthday gift for my son. I showed the associate exactly which monitor I wanted. He assured me he understood and returned with a sealed box, telling me this was the correct item. Trusting his expertise, I paid for it and headed home. However, upon unboxing, I discovered it wasn't the monitor I had selected. This mix-up was quite disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special gift. I hope Best Buy improves their customer service to avoid such errors in the future.

It is a spectacular technology store, it is wonderful that you can find everything and the best thing is that they are up to date with technology, the attention. It is very good and you can get staff to help you in Spanish, they always have new offers so you have to keep an eye out so you don't miss anything, be careful there is the option of buying the open box and it is cheaper, if you have one nearby be sure to go

Had trouble learning how to use my new Samsung phone. D. J. At the geek squad at best buy helped me . I have always had good results at their store in west boca raton and recommend them whenever I can. Geek squad is great!
