I went to the store with a new key fob in hand and John was honest and said all he has to do is cut the key and took the chip out of the broken remote put it in the new remote. I did not have to pay the large fee to have him program the remote to my car. Only $21 and I only paid $19.99 for the remote on Amazon. Much cheaper all together instead of paying over $300 at a dealership!”
