It was my first time taking my puppy to the Bark Room and I am very angry and disappointed. They cut his hair way too short, I specifically asked to shave only where he’s matted on his neck and chest area because it was necessary but they shaved him down completely, even injuring him. He was bleeding and in pain, can’t stop biting and scratching himself. Had to put a cone around his neck and get ointment for his wounds. I don’t know which groomer did this but I feel terrible taking him to this place.

I was there yesterday with my Charlotte. Randy and his team are amazing!!! 5 stars is not enough to rate this wonderful place.
It's truly a spa for our beloved dogs.

I love the Bark Room! I’ve been taking Tyson here for years. The staff is friendly and attentive. We’re always able to switch the cut depending on our needs. It’s cage free which is a huge plus and helps Tyson feel at home every visit. Absolutely recommend!

After moving to South Florida a few years ago, I struggled to find a reliable dog groomer—until I found The Bark Room. This place is truly a gem! My Havanese has never looked more handsome. Randy, the owner, is an incredible guy, and his wife Sara is an absolute sweetheart. They genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs they groom.
Val and Melanie are also amazing groomers who always make sure my Henry is comfortable and looks his best. They also offer van services, which makes the whole process so much easier for those on the go, and their dental days are awesome - no other groomer I’ve found has these special perks.
The Bark Room has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's so important to have a groomer you can trust, and I can't recommend The Bark Room enough. If you're in the area and looking for top-notch grooming for your furry friend, look no further.

Well he is the truth I've done one grip for 2 and 1/2 years every time my Sydney has to get his haircut and the one with the tattoos does it he's knotted she never tries to comb him out so that he can be cut properly and trimmed the way it should be done I refuse to let them do it this time I'm tired of bologna I then got the dog in the house took a hair blower and a comb and combed them out completely without any knots anywhere but what he does need is a good cutting and shape Rick is good but is help looks pretty easy way and instead of doing it probably I don't pay discounts I pay full price I've used them for over two and a half years and every time he does it I never have a problem every time it's help does it it's always the easy way not the proper way I give him one star for keeping those people he is a good haircutter but his other people suck

Bark Room in INCREDIBLE! Hands down the best dog grooming facility I have been to. Not only do they truly care about the well being of your dog, they show affection, love, and nurture your pup during the whole service. It is so special that they are cage free, every time you walk in you see all of the animals playing together,
The staff is beyond exceptional, they are very hands on and pay attention to every detail and make sure that you are happy with your service before walking out of the door. They have many years of experience in the shop and their work shows that. I cant recommend Bark Room enough. I refer all my friends there and they love it as well.

Love this groomer, they fit me in at the last minute always. Staff extremely friendly they allow my dog to walk around so not caged. They also will except walk-ins for nail trimming

My GSD was groomed here and I couldn’t be more pleased! The groomers were professional and pleasant! My dog looks amazing after her beauty treatment!
She was not there long and they were so great with my anxious baby girl! I already booked her next visit!

Had great experience then latest was shocked to see my king charles spaniel hacked with ears chopped and hacked for fur matts without approvals. Very disappointed

A friend of mine recommended the Bark Room to me a while ago, and I am glad I listened! I am super happy with the results on my beautiful boy Kobi. The owners Randy and Sara were super kind and friendly, thats a plus! I was also worried with my dog’s behavior because he does have a wild side, but he was handled very well here. I will be using their convenient mobile service for his next grooming. Thank you!
