Just came out of Bardot salon in Boca and I am thrilled with the results. Jackie took the time to listen to me and with her suggestions and expertise, guided me to a gorgeous color and cut. She was professional and so friendly, as was everyone working at the salon. If you are in the market for a new hairstylist, I highly recommend Jackie...you won't be disappointed.

Nicole is a true artist with an incredible eye! She found my perfect shade for my base and then artfully added tje perfect amount of highlights for the most beautiful and natural color I have ever had and I have been to some of the most famous colorists in NYC! DON'T DO IT. NICOLE ACTS LIKE SHES THE GREATEST COLORIST SINCE SLICED BREAD. SHES TERRIBLE !! She doesn't listen to what you want , She does what she wants. Drys your hair out with a FAKE SMILE. than when I went back to try to fix this copper highlite mess. She gave me 30 seconds between her 2 other clients & said she knows what she's doing. Um if she did I wouldn't be back. Now my hair is trashed for 200$.plus tips It's not even the money really , it's my poor hair. DONT GO TO HER !!!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and your hairs health !!! NO WONDER WHY THE REST OF STAFF RAN THE OTHER WAY. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR & DOESNT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT. NOW MY HAIR IS A SHITTTTT AGAIN. THANKS NICOLE. In Her new location this just happened. Buyer beware !!!!!!! I called looking for Mikey & got talked into her. Little did I know. Ugh so upset my hair looks and feels like crap

Just the fact that they put photos of extremely poorly done white toenail polish on feet in dirty sandals on their cover page speaks volumes. The polish is all over the place--over the cuticle, on the toe itself---why put such horrible quality for the world to see? Bad judgment!

I had a wonderful experience at Bardot salon today. Demaris was patient and listen to what I want to do with my hair. She colored and cut it as well as a treatment. I would recommend Demaris to any one who wants a great cut and colt

My teenage daughter just came back from this salon for half head highlights. It was her first time ever having color done to her hair and I do not color mine so we were unfamiliar with the process. She was quoted $150 for half head highlights. I go up to pay and they charge me $250!! When I asked why they said $50 for the blow dry and $50 for a gloss they put in. No one told my daughter that there would be an additional charge for these services and no one asked her if she wanted them done. They just did it and then charged $ after the fact! This is completely deceitful and dishonest business. I told the manager that if a service has extra fees those fees need to be disclosed prior to doing them and the customer needs to be able to decide whether or not they want that done! They totally took advantage of an innocent teenager. I would have only given 1 star, but her highlights actually look good so I can’t complain about the color job but the manager is definitely dishonest and I would never go back there again!! If you decide to go make sure to ask them about every little step if you will be charged extrabecause they absolutely won’t disclose it to you!

I have a professional shoot at 11 this morning, I set a hair appointment at 9 am, confirmed twice day before. I’ve been waiting for my hair stylist to come for 25 minute. Finally 9:30 they announced no one can do my hair. No available stylist. Owner didn’t care to find a solution, they actually said I’m sorry we forgot to tell you yesterday!!! No words. Of course they wanted me to disappear fast so no one can hear... I have heard many complaints from unprofessional cuts, and bad highlight shredding hair. So I decided to finally share this hopefully no one else would Waste their time and $$ Courtney was the only one who was good and now she’s gone too.

Love this salon. Nicole takes great care of my hair and I always leave feeling great and really happy with my results. Clean, airy, good space, and layout is "socially distant" by design so I feel very safe visiting.
