PROBABLY THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, with appointment you wait without appointment you wait, people up front give you the worst customer service attitude. Not friendly people! Definitely made me rethink about banking with Bank of America.

The staff at this office does not have customer service. This morning I went to cash a check to make the Christmas envelopes and the cashier started asking me personal questions like why am I cashing the check? They didn't cashed it because they have to prove that the owner of the check really gave it to me , that said Sandra the manager. After more than 25 years been a customer of this bank , It's the way they treat me? They humiliated me in front of the other clients with no excuse, the funny part was that I had to go to the bank near my residence to be able to cash it in. Very Sad. Anyway I told Sandra to call the owner of the check and she answered "we don't make calls because it's Saturday."

The staff do nothing to protect their clients' funds. They make decisions that are easy for them and have an attitude when asked questions for clarification.

Be very careful. I made a large withdrawal today. Never showed the money after leaving the bank. I was followed for 2 hours, in hindsight i noticed a black suv at 2 of my stops which I never got out of the car. Finally I stopped to get food. They blocked my suv, punched the window and grabbed the bag. This was a high traffic plaza and they know exactly what they were looking for. Either someone in the bank is feeding info or someone in the parking is a scout. Police said I am not the first. Be very careful at that bank. Lucky they dumped my passports, laptops etc on the road. 100% it is an employee of the bank or a scout that the bank let's hang out in the parking lot for extended periods of time.

4 "managers" or supervisors walking around and telling people sorry for the 40+ minutes of waiting to see a banker. Making an appointment and being a top tier client doesnt seem to matter. Here is an idea. 1 manager or supervisor who also handles customer requests when busy and get the rest of the banking professionals to handle clients. This place is pretty horrible to say the least.
