This bank is less than helpful. Everything is a big deal. I have been a customer (small business) for many years, yet each time I go there they treat me like a man from Mars. I have to provide all kinds of IDs and even once they have an ID and they accept them, they make me feel like they are doing me a favor

I am giving a 5 star review because I can't give Scarlett 10 stars.I had an issue that needed to be handled, and she was extremely patient with me as I was debating the issue and math.However, it turns out my math was wrong, and I feel quite embarrassed.Thanks,Ps I hope Scarlett's Manager see this.
