We’ve been bringing our 12 year old dog here for the last two years and are very happy with this location, we’ve been to many Banfield’s throughout the country over the last 12 years and have loved all of them, very happy with all of the doctors and staff - they are great with communication and very good to our dog!

My dog is registered with Banfield. I do not belong to the Optimum Wellness Plan. I called and tried to make an appointment. I was placed on hold once they realized I wasn’t part of the optimal plan I was on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up… terrible customer service on the phones this is not the first time … ready to change vets!

I've been taking my dogs there since they were puppies, they are very attentive and have a lot of love for dogs! fast and effective service, I am very satisfied with their work as it goes far beyond what I imagined!

Went to the Boca Banfield office last month. What a great office! Super friendly staff and received a call from the doctor explaining everything that was done less than 2 hours after I dropped her off. Will definitely be going back.

I took my dog here for an ear infection when they called me back with result basically telling me my dog was dying and his ear was necrotic and dying off and that he no longer had an ear drum from the infection spreading so bad and when we asked what our treatment option were they told us we can’t do anything here you need to see a specialist that will cost anywhere from 15-20 thousand dollars and if we don’t see the specialist our dog would go into sceptic shock and die. WE fortunately got a second opinion from a different vet and they were able to see no necrosis told us you guys should have never said he has no ear drum as it wasn’t visible from all the puss buildup in the first place and they they were able to treat it by flushing out his ear and when they did they saw that his ear drum was in fact still there and his ear canal was perfectly healthy other than inflammation. I FIND IT ABSOLUTELY CRAZY THAT YOU GUYS JUST MISDIAGNOSIS SOMEONES DOG LIKE THAT AND ITS VERY IN HUMANE TO DO AS SOMEONE PEOPLE COULD HAVE EUTHANIZED DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD OUTRAGEOUS PRICES YOU GAVE TO SAVE THEIR PETS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND YOU GUYS NEED TO REVALUATE YOUR DOCTOR STAFF.

Their online scheduling system doesn't sync up to the schedule in the office? My appointment for Saturday morning which I scheduled online was not registered in their office. I was told that it's best to call. Question to product/IT team- if the scheduler online doesn't work, shouldn't you inform customers and prevent users from creating appointments online until the feature is fixed?The staff and people are great but the convenience of an online portal only makes sense if it works. Please fix this issue.

I have had 2 very bad experiences with Banfield, one for each of my dogs. if you want good veterinary care for your pet, my advice is to stay as far away from this place as possible. when I take a dog in for a problem and the treatment I get causes gastrointestinal issues from the prescribed medication, I expect that when I call complaining about the adverse reaction, that the Vet would say, "bring the dog in immediately", not, sorry, we don't have any appointments available, but you can call another location. Both times this happened, I had to take the dog to an emergency pet hospital. This is WRONG! I hold Banfield responsible for causing both of my dogs with unnecessary suffering from their non caring attitude. Just look at all the bad reviews and see for yourselves

I have no idea what goes on here. They don’t remind you about appointments, which creates problems with medication. Ever since Dr. Larkin left, it has turned into and absolute dumpster fire. I wish would could give zero stars

Stay away from this place. I took my dog in To get euphonized. They jammed off of physical down my throat to get paid and then denied to put my dog to sleep. Because he was suffering. I was directed to take this course of action and bringing him in with so much emotion per the receptionist named Jen Very cold and unsympathetic place. Dr G Keith Harris Phd
