I run an interior design company and acquired several pieces for a client's home. The entire process, from meeting my salesperson to signing the delivery paperwork, was not only smooth but also enjoyable. Both the furniture quality and service are exceptional.

We purchased a few furniture pieces from Baer’s Furniture in the last year and couldn’t be happier. Our salesperson Warren helped us both times, as we made sure to look for him when we came back the 2nd time to buy more furniture. Warren was so professional, spent plenty of time with us and was very friendly. Best part was, there was no pressure, he was just there to make sure we were happy with our selection. The service throughout was good and the multiple delivery notices and updates were appreciated. Delivery men were also pleasant, efficient and helpful! Thank you Baers for a great experience!

Most of my home is filled with furniture I bought at Baers, and I've been very pleased with the quality and style of everything I purchased. Marco, the salesman I always work with, has always gone out of his way to help me find the right thing, and assure that delivery went smoothly. Overall, I have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, and have recommended Baers to many of my friends who have moved to Florida.

Update (3.5 stars)December 14 2023(3.5 stars)So today was a good day. I got a call from the owner of Baers and she did the right thing. She told me she would honor the Black Friday price for the swivel chairs that she advertised at a special price but ran out of inventory before Black Friday even arrived.And she apologized for the runaround and hassle I went through.I think what is important here is that this is a family run business that - in the end- when the owner had a choice to make- they did the right thing. They acted like prudent business people trying to make customers happy and elevate the reputation of their business.I still think baers is a good store and I am only giving 3.5 stars because it took so long for them to get it right in this case. But we all make mistakes and I will not hold this against them. I’d go back and I do recommend them.Can I be so bold as to give some advice? Please set up a “ rain check” policy. If you advertise an item and you run out- give a rain check to those who came to the store to get the deal you offered. So they can buy it at the advertised price. Publix does this. It’s smart.And you would have received a 5 star review from the start.Thanks again for making it right.Thank you Danielle.Update ( still 1 star)12-9-23Well the store responded to my review above and told me to get in touch with a store manager. So I called and asked to speak with a manager. They did call me back but the news was not good at all. I was told that I could buy the Black Friday swivel chairs when they restock in the spring BUT I would have to pay full price. What good is that?I tried to buy the special they advertised PRIOR to Black Friday but they were sold out ( I do not believe they had any at the Black Friday price honestly). Now, the manager said they would not honor the Black Friday price even though they did not have them available for Black Friday either. So what was the point of asking me to contact a manager?The other weird part is I was told by a coworker ( who also tried to buy it at Black Friday but was told they oversold and had “ none left”) but he WAS able to get the Black Friday price ( by ordering for delivery in the spring) when they had none available for him at the Black Friday sale??So it turns out that not everybody is treated equally it seems.Like I said above- I am a repeat customer at Baers and my initial experience with this store was excellent. Great sales woman. Good service. Everything was good. I have a great leather sofa from them. I cannot imagine how the store went from a five star review to a zero?What happened to baers?????Original review (1 star)feel totally cheated. I bought a Natuzzi leather sectional at Baers not too long ago. I have shopped Baers before and I had a better experience ——-but at this point I do not believe this is on the up and up.Baers- if you are listening I am disappointed. Running out of inventory on the special low priced Black Friday item does not leave me feeling like a cared for customer. And it’s not a good look for the store.I guess I will look elsewhere.

Very disappointed but at the end it did work out. Firstly, we ordered a bedroom set back in early March 2023, we paid the deposit that was due, our salesman, who knew our situation said Baer’s would save it for us for as long as necessary. Our situation was a flood in our apartment and we had to throw out our existing set. Contractors were here for months. when the contractors finished in May we called Baer’s to deliver and they informed us that the set was given away to someone else. We don’t live here full time, we had to go home, they said they can have it for us in approximately two weeks or give them notice of when we will return to Florida.When we recently arrived, we had no bedroom set but had a delivery date set up. They gave us a three hour time frame the day before of 12:45-3:45, the day of delivery we were able to track our order, it went to 3:45-4:15, then to 4:20, 4:30, then to 5:15. My community only accepts deliveries until 5:00. Very stressful but somehow they were here at 5:00 exactly! The delivery guys were very accommodating, respectful and they made the experience finally easy. Not sure it was worth all the stress. You can decide for yourself.

Our experience in buying a bedroom set demonstrates why it’s better to buy from a trusted store like Baer’s rather than online. There was a defect in one of the pieces delivered, and the Baer’s delivery people, on their own, immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered. No hassles, no need for explanations, no long waits on phone calls. And the selection in the store, the salespeople, and the quality of the furniture are all excellent.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my purchase from Baer’s. Our salesman, Barry Cohen, was very friendly, thoughtful and good follow through. The furniture is of high quality and is the focal point in my dining room. I’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks again for all your help, Barry.

The delivery men were wonderful and deserve a five star but our couch order was wrong. We are extremely unhappy with Baer’s Furniture. We waited 4 months and the order was not correct. Now we have to wait another 4 months. We do appreciate them leaving the couch here until the correct one arrives.

Our salesperson was not knowledgeable nor did he have any idea how to write up an order.The delivery team was a perfect 10. Not the best prices either.I wound up ordering most of our furniture from elsewhere. Would have loved to keep the business locally

The entire process from working with an experience designer sales staff, to office staff and the delivery crew were wonderful. Shopping at Baer’s is shopping at it’s best, with a great value. We highly recommend Baer’s.

Your drivers were very polite and put our furniture exactly where we wanted to be placed. Our salesman Jim Perelman was excellent and efficient . Due to Jim’s knowledge of the products he sells is the major reason we keep coming back.

From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Baer's, and all their representatives. Starting with the sales associate who couldn’t do enough for me to the delivery guys who are so accommodating as I had a desk that needed to be moved, and I wasn’t able to do it myself. Everyone was so efficient and well experienced. I definitely will shop at Baer’s again for a repeat performance.

I am a High Profile Interior Designer, I normally don't visit Stores where furniture is available to walk ins. We, with the help of a Salesman named Warren, found pieces which were nice and my Clients and I liked. It is nice to have the furniture delivered in a couple of weeks, most Furniture Stores have at least 12 to 26 weeks. If you are looking for a nice Selection of Furniture this Store has quite a few. If you go, ask for Warren, he was key for us to find the furniture we were looking for.
