Loretta is very unprofessional and unresponsive. She asked me to provide my bank statements to evaluate my situation and advise if she would handle my bookkeeping and taxes for my business and personal accounts. I labeled each bank statement, and I emailed them to her. Loreta emailed me to clarify which bank account was which. I responded that I marked the bank accounts accordingly.I called Loretta a couple of days later to follow up. She told me she was out of town she would call me back. I have never heard from her. I called and emailed her on a couple of occasions; she has never returned my calls or emails. I am aware Loreta read her emails because it was sent with a "request when read receipt."Loreta promised to prepare a financial statement for me for a government certification- she did not do it. The entity that was supposed to certify with disqualified me because I could not provide the financial statements Loreta promised to prepare. I forwarded the denial email notice to Loreta; she did not have the decency to acknowledge the email.I find Loreta unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncaring, and I would not recommend her service to anyone.

If you are in need of a really professional accounting service, you should go here! I have used AWS Taxes' service several times and I can say that they have very knowledgeable and reliable staff. They were able to help me with the accounting process of my company and I'm very thankful to them. There is no better service than theirs!
