Items go on rotation to the owners other locations if they don't sell. The prices at this location get jacked up because it's close to Boca even though it's in between 2 low income trailer parks.

The store over the past year has become very over priced. There has been so many turn over of employees that it speaks volumes. Cashier claimed to be manager and super nasty BEEN A GREAT CUSTOMER OVER 15 YEARS. NO MORE.

I LOVE this place! I am not a big goodwill or thrift store shopper, except I hit them all up for books. This location always has a great collection of soft and hard cover books. They used to be 5 for $1, but have gone up to $2 HC and $1.50 SC. Granted, that's a lot more, but in the grand scheme, it's 90% of the original value. The few staff that are here are always friendly and helpful, & more importantly accept donations any time and any day.

This place used to be great. I don’t know if it was taken over by someone new, or if they possibly hired someone else to manage it, but the prices are ridiculous. There was a really pretty Windsor prom dress on sale for $94 there. The prices average between 60 to 90 brand new in store. I also saw a cute target brand purse, they were selling it for 29.99, in store brand new it’s 24.99 . Same thing with a little Tommy Hilfiger purse. I stopped looking at that point. Yes, I get they have this color tag deal for certain days, but you can get the same things brand new in store on sale for the same price. It completely defeats the purpose of shopping at a thrift store. I gave it two stars because sometime you can find some random knickknacks there. It’s a shame, because I used to shop at the store and donate regularly.

Packed up the car with great items to donate. I was able to call them and they sent someone out to unload it all. Going to do this more often with the convenience factor!

Really Slow when you have to pay the manager does not help to move the line along. Also if you are looking fir a job I do not recommend to work there. The staff since you be really underpaid and so stressed. The guy in the back helping with furniture us very nice and kind but I do not for how long he will work there. I do not see the staff with happy faces so go to another store. Better drive more and will be better.

This review is for the donation aspect of the operation, and the degree of effort on our part to contact and then observe the pickup. Our situation was a family member no longer needed his apartment and we had only a few days to help empty the apartment of all contents. We had much to donate and we called several charities in the local area and most did not answer. Worse yet, many of those that did not answer their phones never called us back after leaving a message. The Autism Donation Center was one that picked up and we arranged pickup four days later. On pickup day, two very capable men arrived with a large empty truck and got right to work. The apartment was on the second floor and they methodically emptied it of most furniture using dollies and furniture moving gear to move the chairs, tables, lamps, couches, bed, bagged items, and boxes diwn to the truck in the parking lot. The men were experienced and careful with everything we donated. Most importantly, they were very efficient in their every step and did not waste any time doing their jobs. They did inspect each item before taking away. Three of our recliner/rocker chairs were too worn for them to accept. We disposed of those ourselves. We were thankful for them doing such a good job with all our large furniture and of course, we hope the items collected can be sold for the benefit of children in need, like the words on the truck claimed. We saved money in the process too, because apartment management would have charged us 100s of dollars to dispose of what we could not remove ourselves. The Autism Donation Center took all of our bulky items, did it in a matter of days from our first phone call, which resulted in a win-win for us and them both.

I feel bad even writing this review, but I don’t see what choice I have. I called and spoke to someone who told me that they were the manager and couldn’t do anything about it. I believe I met the owner one time, so I’m not sure if this is the actual manager. Nonetheless, this is the second time this happened and now I have no choice but to leave a review because they don’t do anything about it. I used to frequent this place very often. I actually really love it! The employees are really nice or so I thought until I got that person on the phone. I wish I got her name but she had a very strong accent. anyway, I bought this antique bubble jar and paid the crazy price for $40. That is really too high anyway, but I wanted it so I purchased it and I love the cause and where my money goes. but this is the second time they put tape directly over a huge defect. I actually cut my hand on the glass, so not only is it rude to put tape over the defect, but I injured myself! I injured myself!! That really pisses me off. I have called for the last time. I am a travel nurse and cannot stop in there whenever and hope that the owner is there. She wouldn’t tell me when the owner was actually at the store. She just hung up on me. This is not right. I told her I did not have the receipt and she laughed at me and said well anyway we don’t return things. I said, ma’am I cut my hand on something that you guys directly caused because you put tape over the glass. And if it only happened this one time, I would let it go but it’s the second time they try to cover up a massive defect in an item. I don’t think two times is a coincidence. I mean, do you not think that we would not notice when we get home or something? I’m super upset and I’m hoping that they see this review so they contact me or reach out. Because I am at this time very very upset at this. Please see photos.

Very polite and sweet lady rang me up. A bit of a wait but the selection of used items, clothes, books, and movies was actually pretty darn good.

Would give zero stars if I could. Everything is overpriced and the employees are extremely nasty and rude. Had one employee nastily scold us for having our kids look at the toys they sold there. Literally that was all they did. Won't be coming back. For a place that has a name like Autism thrift, you'd think they'd have some sort of standard for how employees should act.

This place used to be a great store find great deals. That is no longer. You can’t get a towel in there for under 799, 999 and these are used items I can buy new at target marshals, TJ Maxx, or somewhere in the mall brand new items versus the store that has donated items they have become so greedy so very greedy and their policy is you cannot return anything so if they put something out there on the floor and it’s broken it doesn’t work. It’s got a stain on it that you don’t see you cannot return it for credit. It’s nothing you keep it you lose your money, I don’t know who has taken over this facility, but they are so very greedy. It’s disgusting. I would rather throw my stuff in the garbage in the landfill, then give it to these organizations who are strictly about greed

Store is ok. Have donated a lot of items to this location. Would be great if they disclosed how much went to actual autism support and research and how much is used for operations and salary.
