Putting my ATT&T complaint here since no one at AT&T can provide a complaint phone number or email address. An ATT&T worker was in my yard, which is fine IDC but when I step outside to ask if everything is ok and he says he doesn't have to speak with me and he can go wherever he wants because he wears the AT&T shirt and HE owns the pole I take issue. All I ask is to have a polite 30 second conversation and say something along the lines of "Hi, I'm just here checking on the pole because your neighbor is having an issue...." Not to continue walking head down mumbling under his breath basically saying he does not have to acknowledge me at all. Just all around rude. Now I know why because there will be no consequences from AT&T since there is no phone or email address to contact.

Phenomenal experience with getting new service . It was smooth and easy . Victoria was professional and charming. I highly recommend this store .

Ivan was such a help!!! I was with Cricket for years and needed to switch due to bad service, & Ivan helped me throughout the whole process! Very attentive sales reps & management in this store.

I came here a few weeks back to see about transferring my Boost phone and number over to AT&T with their $50 unlimited plan, but unfortunately after getting most of the setup finished, I found out the phone was locked so we couldn't finish establishing the service.Fast forward to now, I get a $165 charge on my account, not even $50, for the first month of service I never even established, let alone used.The guy knew full well that I did not need the service at that point in time, and put it through anyways, hoping I wouldn't notice so he can get his little bit of commission off of it.Right before I left, he mumbled something about calling if I wanted to delete the profile attached to my email, but nothing about any pending payments. I then verified that no service was setup, to which he replied no, and then I left thinking there was nothing left to worry about. Obviously he was conscious of what he was doing, and that's unacceptable.Luckily I was able to get customer service to get this taken care of and make sure the entire account was reversed, or I'd have to pay that $165 or let it affect my credit, all for service and a phone I never received.Can't express my feelings of disappointment and betrayal enough here. If I ever go with AT&T in the future, I'll NEVER go to this store after this experience.Edit: After looking down the list of reviews, I'm not the first person to experience this. Stay away from this shady store, they don't care if their employees steal from customers as long as they can add to the bottom line.Corporate needs to do some cleanup at this location, this store damages the AT&T brand.

Tanya and Dre were both amazing in helping me with my phone issues! Tanya especially was wonderful, taking the time to walk my not-so-tech-literate self to the best steps going forward. Highly recommend this location for patience and quality customer care.

The manager at this location was horrendous. He let the other gentleman take care of me which is fine and honestly was very sweet. I think I can recall him saying he’s from Arizona. But whole time while the gentleman is handling me he is answering phones as well. While the manager sat in his chair. ONLY time he stood up to come see when I asked what my bill will be, and the manger added all this extra stuff THAT I asked not to have. This is my last straw with AT&T at least at this location please look into changing managers. The gentleman from Arizona needs his position instead of a lazy manager that runs to add all these things onto you bill and adds a line without telling you to “lower your bill” DONT DO IT.

I stated I wanted a prepaid plan since I traveled to florida for 2 weeks and ended up with a 300$ bill with a post paid plan. The guy clearly wanted to make commission. Never again, terrible service

Ari went out of her way to help me put my new screen protector on right before closing. When I realized I left something at the store the next day, she searched for it and set it aside for me. She’s an amazing employee who works very hard!! Thank you Ari!!
