We live closest to the Boca Raton location so we decided to go there. Jennifer Fearon greeted us and walked us through every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and so were all the staff members there. She made the process seamless and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. I cant say enough great things about Fergusons, the staff and our experience overall. Just walk in, tell them what you need and they will take it from there!! “It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Thank you for the great communication.”
