Choices to fix the watch was not a choice.Charging more than the watch is worth.Watch is defective. I read multiple reviews and the face popping off is a defect that happened to multiple customers.

CLUSTER HEADACHE WARNING..!! be aware that with iphone 15 the screen gives a different type of intense brightness that will trigger this…. , only solution is to to reduce white point to 0%,.. wich turns the pone almost unusable during lighted environments,.. i tried to return on 3rd week but they were helpless and kind of rude and careless about it like “ i been here for long time and never heard about it” ….wouldn't t let me talk or explain,….. only option was to get a gift card in return so i have to spend on only apple products again ??, and couldn’t just return to my iphone 11….

They patiently listened to my needs (terrible battery life, desperate for more storage) and didn't try to push the most expensive option. Instead, they walked me through all the possibilities, explaining the pros and cons in a clear and concise way. Feeling empowered, I made a decision I was confident about.But the service didn't stop there. They answered all my questions with enthusiasm, making the entire experience feel more like a conversation with a tech-savvy friend.Walking out of the Apple Store wasn't just about having a new phone; it was about feeling like I had joined a community. The focus on customer experience was top-notch, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff made the whole trip a pleasure. My wife came home happy from the awesome service she received yesterday from the following Genius' Mikey,Pam,Jose,Robert,and Daniel.She brought me back in to try out the vision pro but we made an appointment for 4/8.Bottom line is Happy wife happy life.Great job people

Techs were not helpful, they don't even listen and underestimate people's knowledge, they just said, your computer is old, you got to buy a new one.

I literally had the worst experience here. I just left your store and I’m never coming back to this location !!! The Apple tech didn’t even bother looking at my laptop or opening it to see the problem with it. Right when he heard it was water damage he said its not fixable and that I would need to buy a new one. He was looking down at me being condescending because I simply said MacBook are expensive. Don’t come here !!! They are thief’s !!! I’ve bought so many product from Apple they are able to see my purchase history and now they will not be getting one dime from me !!!!
