The owner responded promptly, promising a price between X and Y, telling me that he always hoped to pay the higher price because it would mean that the poster was in excellent condition. We discussed, on the phone, how I should mail the poster and he kindly agreed to send me a mailing tube and packing materials. These arrived within a couple of days and, after the gallery received the poster, I was delighted to learn that a check for the higher price would soon be in the mail. I am glad that I put my trust in the Ross Art Gallery and its owner - doing business with them was a pleasure.”
