Trying to find an alternative to the post office in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Ant Logistics through a friend over 5 years ago. They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Customer service and satisfaction is more important to Ant Logistics than money with no ego. I highly recommend this company.

I made the mistake of bringing a box with all my belongings here to be shipped internationally. I would have been better off just throwing everything away because that's basically what happened. The reason for shipment was mislabeled, and because of their advice the value of everything was greatly undervalued . Because of the mislabeling the customs officials siezed the box and then stole everything I had and because of everything be undervalued I had no way of getting fair compensation. If your shipping anything especially internationally go somewhere else

I’m a loyal customer because no other place offers better service.Living in South Florida for the last 4 years, I have found that most services we pay for follow very poor standards. Demand is high and nobody seems to care about quality anymore. Nobody cares about customer service satisfaction either. Let me be explicit. I do not want to be treated like a number. I cannot stand the incompetence and mediocrity that have literally spread everywhere around here. Who wants to pay a high price for bad service? Who likes to be consistently disappointed? Nobody I know.So here is my point:Go to Ant Logistics to send out your packages. The owner is polite, kind, super helpful, and extremely professional. Nobody else around can match his skills at packing your items safely in the shortest amount of time! Çağatay’s expertise shows just by watching him for a minute. Simply come in and experience it yourself. A genuinely caring attitude matters most. Especially in times like now. The store also offers access to a computer, copy, fax, and scan services, as well as shredding. The store holds unique handmade Turkish jewelry, Hamsas, scarves, hats, and phone accessories. Thank you Ant Logistics for providing us with a great and secure place to ship our packages, products and presents.

Mark K.ANT Logistics mail and ship store is my favorite store to ship because the people are very nice helpful and polite something you don't see a lot in South Florida. I've shipped several things that were a bit more complicated for most places fishing rods and so on and they really did a wonderful job finding the right packaging, giving good prices, when I call and ask about shipping other things, they always take the time to give me accurate answers on the best packaging, time of arrival and pricing. I go out of my way to ship my things from there, the owner Cagatay and his assistant Marian always make sure everyone is taken care of with speed and accuracy.
