I used to take my dog here in 2017 when I first got him. The vet staff was always very rough with him. He was also PETRIFIED to go every time. He’d shake incredibly and refuse to go inside. When I switched vets, he no longer displayed fear. This says a lot.

I would give a zero star to this horrible place which they call animal hospital, terrible costumer service, horrible assistant physician, Dr Santiago has to be the worse Animal doctor you should be ashamed to call yourself such thing ,,, Took my now deceased dog to her to get a exam for xray & bloodwork, made come back to bring urine & pop sample knowing the diagnosis of my dog I asked her 3 x if my dog needed meds she let me walk out 2 x with nothing having to come back Friday which meant no weekend service , my dog decreased on symptoms to end up having to go To another animal hospital Acacia in Light house point which they were super super helpful put my dog on fluids and meds right away… still waiting results on my poor dog … Dr Santiago never even explained bloodwork either , gave my dog a hematoma on his neck when I called Animal kingdom that same day on Thursday she said I needed to make another appointment for something else , these people only care about money , yea sure I got a 10percemt discount but it caused my dog to die . Charge my cc for a service she did absolutely nothing for me , all this prolonged wait only caused me more money to go somewhere else .. i highly dont recommend this place at all , you have no sympathy or love for anyone or animals your a crook . I never got my money back but karma will come,, I had to put my poor dog down only to find out on Monday from Dr Santiago said my dog had Hook worms and urine infection, spoke to her on the telephone and had to audacity to hang up on my phone when I explained with tears on face to tell her my dog died due to poor attention on her side … My dog would of been alive if you would of given me my meds for him but you let me walk out with absolutely nothing in my hands ????

Today I was with Peluche and Skay (my Dogs) and the service was terrible. My husband and I were disappointed, I was there today for the second and last time. They didn't give me any affection and warned me not to pee in the clinic. I don't recommend it. Super stupid Dr. Sheila. And I spent almost 500 dollars. Imagine ??♀️

Worst vet ever!!! Misdiagnosed my brothers dog over and over, negligently giving him dozens of wrong pills a day. They are why his dog is now dead, and 3 independent vets agreed once reviewing all the records they FINALLY sent over as he was dying at the emergency vet after telking us for a week he was fine. All his organs were shutting down, and they knew it. Nobody in this place should be trusted to work on any living thing. They don't know what they're doing. They just charge for doing everything wrong. Before that, they took my friend's money to cremate her cat, then never contacted her to pick up ashes. They don't care about animals. Only money. Run far away from this place if u love your animals!!! 35x we called in a week, only to be treated like we crazy. Even after bringing him back a 2nd time a few days after 1st appointment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. This vet claims refuse to do needed surgeries on animals if they do not have their rabies vaccine. Our dogs almost died from a rabies vaccine and absolutely can not have it per our main vet. Dr . Sheila Santiago D.V.M. states that they can not do surgery on a dog that doesn't have a rabies vaccine, please tell me where in any of your medical training it states that them not having the vaccine keeps them from having surgery. If this is where your medical training took you then people, after being a vet tech for ten years, stay clear of this place. I will post this review any and everywhere to make sure that someone doesn't trust their animal to someone or a place like this. So you will let them not have needed surgeries but you want to kill them with a vaccine they literally CAN NOT HAVE. Look up how rabies is even transmitted and that alone shows you the incompetence of this place.

They killed my dog with their cluelessness, neglect, misdiagnosis, and lies!!! currently suing them for wrongful death of my baby boy!!! they killed him with wrong meds, lying about his test results, and they saw him 2x in a week, and i called 30x in that week, and they kept telling me he was fine. 3 other vets have looked at the records, and all agree that this place failed my dog, and they are why he is gone!!! nobody there is qualified to work around animals!!! keep your babies far away from this hell!!!

Love the attention, very nice and fair Stuff. I love that they allow us (me and my husband) to go in with our Cat, So we were able to see her weight, her reaction to the medicine, how the Vet checked on her, etc. I've been in other places when they take the cat in and they ask me to wait out. I never like that!
