Lenny greeted me at the door with a welcoming smile on his face and a question of how he could help. My wife’s bracelet clasp had broken and needed replacement. Lenny dug through his “tool” box and found the perfect fit. The new clasp was better than the original. While his colleague made the repair, Lenny engaged me in conversation. What a nice man! The bracelet was returned to me in short order. Perfect! I offered to pay, but Lenny said there was no charge. What a pleasure dealing with Lenny and Atelier Jewelers. I highly recommend them.

The team in Boca is amazing!!! Repaired my mother's watch and looks brand new!! Len is superb in his guest service skills and someone you won't forget. I will be sure to stop in on my next visit to Boca. Thank you... to all who completed their tasks so well!!!

These excellent gentlemen opened their doors to me to help resize my watch right as they were closing. It fits perfectly now and they took the time to do it right. They didn't know me but did the right thing for the customer. Next time I plan to buy a watch im calling Altier first. First class operation with world class outcomes. Thank you gentlemen again.

This location was beautiful, and the staff was phenomenal. We were greeted with a smile and lovely conversation. Len helped us, he made everything quick and easy and i would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a jeweler!

I felt very welcomed into the store and was greeted immediately with kindness. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything and I was not convinced to do anything I did not want to do. Would 100% recommend. My mom has been going there for about 30 years.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when I came in. I had to run an errand for my parents near in the Mizner area and needed some help with wedding ring sizes and they were welcoming and extremely helpful figuring out my ring size. A special thanks to Len for helping me out!
