I don't think these good reviews are real but I paid $225 for a basic car wash. Avoid this place. Find a good reputable company that does good detailing. The guy had my car for 5hrs and the dashboard behind steering wheel was full of dust when I got car back. Windows were so blotchy I had to get windex and a paper towel to clean it myself. I don't think he uses any products to clean or make anything look shiny and nice. I have some dirt built up on doors that are easily removed when cleaned correctly with the right product but dirt is still there. At the end he told me he doesn't use water to clean. If I would have known that from the start I would have never agreed. I also have a bug issue that he treated and the smell is so overwhelming that I can't use my car. It's sitting in driveway with all windows open for two days already and the smell is not going anywhere. I texted and called him to let him know but he is avoiding my text. I will have to take my car to another place so they can wash everything again. Save your money! This place is a scam!P.S. I don't think he uses any products at all! not even tire shine! Nothing! This is not real Detailing and honestly I don’t even think carpet was shampooed. Still dog hair everywhere. Don’t claim to be a detail shop when you can’t pay attention to detail! You should be ashamed for scamming people out of their money.

I truly needed our car washed, it was so dirty! I searched Google for nearest car wash and came across Alpha Wash so close by. But..never seen it before from the main Hallandale Blvd because it’s hidden around the back parking lot behind Padrinos Cuban restaurant. I feel like they need a super large sign out front where all the traffic is.So Robert took my car right away and I walked around to let him work then came back later. Wow!! Our car looked so brand new it’s so amazing!! Robert truly did an amazing job and I am so pleased with all of it, top to bottom, inside out! The tires the rims the undercarriage even the floor mats he did it all and with great care and patience. Robert is a person of detail and his work proves it. I hope y’all stop by and have your car cleaned by this professional, you honestly won’t regret it. Well done, bien hecho Roberto!

Been going to Pronto Wash in Mizner for quite some time and I always leave extremely impressed. Sunny is so amazing he always takes such good care of his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% satisfied with the results! There’s so much attention to detail, my car comes back looking like it’s fresh from the dealership!!

I’ve never had an experience like this before at ANY car service. I was desperate for service because there was dried vomit literally lining all over the front driver and passenger seats as well as on the carpeted floor. I called and Sunny answered, eager to help and overwhelmingly accommodating! No other car service would accept the condition of my vehicle but Sunny was adamant on giving me premier service. I was apologizing profusely for having such a tough job for him so close to closing time, but he continuously reassured me that I was not a problem and that he would take care of me. Honestly, I could write a book expressing my satisfaction with his customer service! Thanks a million!!!!

Sonny is the man. My car was desperate for a bath and he did a great job. Plus, their location is hard to beat with all things at Mizner Park to pass the time.

I’ve driven by this stand on my work countless times and finally stopped by. Was expecting a fairly standard wash based on the pricing and was completely floored when I got my car back! It looks and smells like new, and it certainly was in rough shape when i dropped it off. Will absolutely return when I’m in Boca. Thank you!

I made a car wash appointment online and it was accepted. I received a confirmation text and when I showed up there was a hand written sign that said they would be right back. I called the number on the sign just to let them know I had arrived and no one answered. Then I received a text message saying they were closed. Quite annoyed since I specifically came to Mizner for the car wash. Not very professional in my opinion.
