Alba Medina was truly exceptional. She made the selling process so easy and helped me to understand what was happening every step of the way. She gave me very good advice in preparing the home to show based on her knowledge on interior design. She was ALWAYS available for the home tours.She has very good sensitivity to make the best deal between the market, our priorities and the needs of the possible buyers in a patient and kind way.Alba is bilingual and multicultural; besides she is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents.When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Alba was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm, mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done, and she did.
