Terrible owner. They are not accountable when a garment is not cleaned as requested and NO ONE calls you back or takes responsibility. Been waiting for the owner to contact me for four days. Went there twice today to no avail.

Decent pricing compared to others in area, just takes at least a week to get back laundering which is much longer than I am used to. Staff is always nice and courteous

This people do not answer the phone. What is the point of having a phone listed if you are consciously NOT going to answer it?
I left a pant for a hemming job, needed it quite quick. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I called 5 times with no answer, I decided to go pick it up, only to find out the job was not ready. I questioned them why don't they answer the phone to help customers not waste their time, he says they are busy. That means they don't care to answer. After I made the complain they disconnected the phone for the day.
I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other places with way better customer service.

The service and quality of work here are excellent! Steve worked long and hard on a tough item for me - and did a stellar job. I would highly recommend Addison Court Cleaners!

If you have not been here yet you are missing out! I came in with 8 pieces needed to be dry cleaned in less than 24 hours. I recently had a death in the family and needed to hop on a flight the following day. I stopped at 3 to 4 dry cleaning locations around the area, and every single one said they would not be able to accommodate my request before my flight the following day. Addison Court cleaners did not even hesitate when saying we could have it done in the next few hours, so this is one less thing you have to worry about. Yesenia was an absolute pleasure. Customer of over 10 years. Went in to get my curtains dry cleaned as I do twice a year. I always paid $20 a panel. Went in they said now it's $46 a panel and that they wouldn't normally do it but because I was a customer of so many years they would do it for the increased new price. And he said moving forward they wouldn't be doing linen curtains. I said that's ridiculous. He said this is now under new ownership and suggested I go else where If I didn't like it. So sad to see such a nice business taken over by awful new owners and or staff.

Good job. Had a lot of linen that came back perfectly creased. I had a small request for a rush job. They accommodated but not quite enough for my needs...still reasonable.

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.I was ready to toss my beautiful beige linen blazer after a full glass of red wine was splayed all over it. I couldn't imagine the stain coming out. It was that bad. With no glimmer of hope, I took it to Addison and showed them the horrendous stain. "I can't promise you anything but my guy is a genius at removing stains" That's what I was told. "Give him a few days to soak it and let's see."Well on Saturday I went to get the jacket. I was greeted with a big smile and laughter. "Did it come out, I asked" and with that he pulled it from the conveyer rack. OMG the stain was totally gone. I mean there was no trace at all and no damage to the fabric. It was amazing.I don't usually write reviews, but this is one that had to be written.Thank you to the guy who removed the stain...you are a genius!!!

Excellent dry cleaners. We recently used them for dry cleaning and tailoring and everything came out great. They were quick and efficient and the items were ready right on time as promised. No issues at all. For the last year or so I've been going to Tide for our dry cleaning needs, but they've been slipping a bit as far as service goes and they are really expensive on top of it. My recent experiences there prompted me to start looking for alternatives. I then found Addison Court and I have to say, I now I consider them to be superior to Tide in every way. I also can't say enough about the staff. They were super friendly and professional, it was really a pleasure to do business with them. We will definitely use them again Five stars!
